This standard specifies the main dimensions, specifications, technical requirements and inspection rules for the narrow-gauge industrial and mining electric locomotive wheel set series. This standard applies to the mass-produced narrow-gauge industrial and mining electric locomotive wheel set series that meets the provisions of JB/B117 "Industrial and Mining Electric Locomotive Series Model", and can also be used as a reference for products outside the model spectrum. 2

Inner distance of wheelset shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The circular runout tolerance of the inner end face of any wheel of the press-fit wheelset at the wheel diameter is: 0.5mm.
4.4 The surface roughness parameter Ra value of the wheel position of the axle is: 1.6μm. 4.5 When the wheel is pressed, within the specified tolerance value, the pressing pressure should meet the specified value of the design. 4.6 The materials of each component of the wheel set should meet the following regulations. 4.6.1 The axle should meet the requirements of GB702 and other structural steels with performance not lower than it. 4.6.2 The integral cast steel wheel should meet the requirements of GB5676. 4.6.3 The wheel center should meet the requirements of GB5676 or GB5675. 4.7 The wheel rim tread shape should meet the requirements of GB4695, and except for the wheel with a wheel diameter of 840mm, which adopts the B-type wheel rim tread shape, other specifications of wheels should adopt the A-type. 4.8 The roughness parameter Ra value of the wheel center hole surface is: 3.2μm. Except for the mating surface and tread, the rest of the wheel set should be painted to prevent rust. 4.9
5 Acceptance rules and inspection methods
5.1 The wheelset shall be inspected and accepted by the inspection department of the production unit. If the user needs to conduct random inspections, it should be specified in the contract. 5.2 The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials of each part of the wheelset shall be the responsibility of the quality department of the manufacturer. If the user needs to conduct random inspections, it should be specified in the contract.
5.3 Each wheelset shall be inspected for appearance and surface paint quality. 5.4 The overall dimensions and tread shape of the wheel rim shall be inspected for each wheelset. The tread shape of the wheel rim can be inspected with a standard sample, and the gap between the tread shape and the sample should not be greater than 1mm.
5.5 The roughness of the mating surface of the axle and the wheel center hole shall be checked before press-fitting each wheelset. During press-fitting, the pressure and tolerance values ​​shall be recorded separately according to the factory serial number of the wheelset. Www.bzxZ.net
5.6 Each batch of wheels can be shipped only after being inspected and qualified according to the requirements of Table 2. Among them, 4.4 and 4.7 of Item 3 of Table 2 can be sampled and inspected according to the general inspection level II of Table 2 of GB2828 and GB2829. When the batch range is 1 to 15 and the batch range is greater than 15, the normal single sampling plan (AQL=4) and the normal double sampling plan (AQL=4) are adopted respectively. 2
