MT416—1995
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules completeness, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of coal loaders. This standard applies to crawler coal loaders (hereinafter referred to as coal loaders) that operate in environments containing methane and coal dust and load coal or semi-coal rock (rock uniaxial compressive strength. ≤60MPa) with a coal shovel loading mechanism. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 Coal loaders shall be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures and shall comply with the requirements of this standard. Corresponding parts of the same model should be interchangeable.
3.1.2 Standard parts and purchased parts used in coal loader should comply with the relevant national standards and industry standards. 3.1.3 The appearance of coal loader should be painted, and the coating surface should be smooth, uniform, without leakage, flow marks, wrinkles, dirt, scratches and other phenomena. 3.2 Basic parameters

3.2.2 The manufacturing deviation of the external dimensions of coal loader should comply with the values ​​specified in Figure 1. 3.2.3 The actual quality error of the product shall not exceed 5% of the design quality. 3.2.4 The error between the measured center of gravity of the coal loader and the designed center of gravity in the longitudinal direction shall not exceed 25mm. 5 The rated voltage of the electrical system can be selected as 380, 660, 1140V, and the AC frequency is 50Hz. 3.2.5
3.3 Basic structure
3.3.1 The main components of the coal loader include: walking mechanism, loading mechanism, conveyor, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. 3.3.2 The basic structural form is: the walking mechanism is crawler type; the loading mechanism is crab claw type, star wheel type, annular scraper type; the conveyor is scraper type.
3.3.3 The walking mechanism and loading mechanism should be able to rotate forward and reverse (the loading mechanism can only operate forward for products that cannot rotate in reverse). 3.4 Requirements for the walking mechanism of the coal loader

3.4.1 The nominal ground pressure of the crawler is generally not more than 0.11MPa. 3.4.2 The distance (ground clearance) between the lowest part of the frame and the bottom plate of the roadway should not be less than the calculated value of the following formula. F

3.4.5 The transmission gearbox of the walking mechanism is not allowed to have seepage or oil leakage. 3.4.6 Anti-skid protection devices should be installed in the crawler drive structure. 3.5 Requirements for loading mechanism
No friction is allowed between the lower plane of the loading arm and the shovel plate, and the gap between them is 3 to 5 mm. The loading reduction box must use reliable sealing and anti-loosening devices. Durability test of loading reduction box. Loading reduction box is not allowed to have seepage or oil leakage when it runs continuously for not less than 1000h under rated load and speed. 3.5.5 Overload protection device must be installed in the transmission system of loading reduction box. 3.6 Requirements for conveyor
The static strength safety factor of conveyor scraper chain should not be less than 4.0, and the quality grade of round link chain should not be less than Class C specified in GB/T12718.
The unloading part of conveyor should have retractable adjustment device. 3.6.3 The conveyor should run smoothly, and there should be no chain jumping, chain dropping, or scraper chain jamming. 3.7 Requirements for hydraulic system
3.7.1 Pressure test of hydraulic system: when the rated pressure is less than or equal to 16MPa, the test pressure is 1.5 times of the rated pressure; when the rated pressure is greater than 16MPa, the test pressure is 1.25 times of the rated pressure. Keep for 3min, and there should be no leakage or damage to components. 3.7.2 Durability test of self-developed hydraulic motors, continuous operation under rated pressure and load, forward and reverse rotation of travel drive motors for not less than 500 hours respectively, and loading drive motors for not less than 1000 hours. 3.7.3 The hydraulic system should be equipped with filtering devices and overload protection devices, and have pressure, oil temperature and oil level displays. 3.7.4 The hydraulic pipes of the hydraulic system should be arranged reasonably, and there should be no squeezing during operation. 3.8 Requirements for electrical systems
3.8.1 The design, manufacture and use of electrical equipment of coal loaders shall comply with the following standards and current regulations: a. GB3836.1, GB3836.2, GB3836.3, GB3836.4; b. "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines";
c. "Interim Regulations on Safety Technology and Operation of 1140V Electrical Equipment in Coal Mines". 3.8.2 All electrical equipment should have explosion-proof certificates and safety signs and labels. 3.8.3 The coal loader shall be equipped with lighting devices (including headlights and taillights). 3.9 Requirements for the whole coal loader
3.9.1 When the coal loader is working normally, it shall be able to achieve the production capacity specified in the design. 3.9.2 The operation of each operating handle and switch must be accurate, flexible and easy to operate. MT416—1995
3.9.3 When the coal loader is working, the maximum temperature of the oil in the transmission gearbox shall not exceed 95℃, and the maximum temperature of the oil in the hydraulic system shall not exceed 70℃.
3.9.4 When the coal loader is operating, the comprehensive noise value at the operating position shall not exceed 90dB (A). 3.9.5 The electrical control equipment of the coal loader shall be able to work normally under the conditions of voltage fluctuation of -25% + 10% and frequency of ±5%. 3.9.6 The coal loader shall be able to work normally under the conditions of temperature of -5~+40℃ and air humidity of not more than 90% (at 25℃). 3.9.7 The maximum loading material size of the coal loader shall not exceed 300mm. 3.9.8
The service life of the coal loader shall not be less than 1 year from the date the coal loader is put into operation to the first overhaul under the condition of complying with the use and maintenance instructions and operating procedures.
4 Test method
The test of the coal loader is divided into no-load test and load test. The test items, test methods and requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the "Inspection Specifications for Coal Loaders". 5 Inspection rules, sampling methods and judgment principles The inspection of the whole machine of the coal loader is divided into factory inspection and type test. 6 Completeness
The complete supply of the coal loader includes:
a. One coal loader;
b. The model without an onboard electric control box should be equipped with a magnetic starter; c. Spare parts and tools are provided according to the spare parts and tool list. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Coal loaders that have passed the inspection must have product labels fixed at the designated location of the design. The labels should indicate the following: a. Coal loader model and name;
b. Rated production capacity;
c. Total power of the coal loader;
d. Cross-sectional dimensions of the tunnel to which it is applicable;
e. Overall dimensions;
f. Total mass;
g. Manufacturer's name, trademark, factory number and date of manufacture 7.2 Technical documents supplied with the machine should include:
a. Coal loader operation and maintenance instructions, including drawings of wearing parts; b. Coal loader packing list;

c. Product certificate.
7.3 Coal loaders must have the coal mine safety "MA" label fixed at a conspicuous location near the label. 7.4 If the user has no special requirements, the coal loader will be shipped as a complete machine when leaving the factory. Electrical components and hydraulic components should be equipped with rainproof facilities. Random spare parts, tools, technical documents, etc. should be packed in boxes. 7.5 The product should be kept clean during transportation and storage, and should not come into contact with acidic and alkaline substances. Electrical components should not be subjected to severe vibration, and the packaging box should not be damaged.
