This standard is a revision of JB938-86 "Single-axis Vibrating Screen for Coal". During the revision, editorial changes were made to the original standard, and the main technical content remained unchanged.
From the date of implementation, this standard will replace JB938-86. This standard is proposed and centralized by the National Mining Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The unit responsible for drafting this standard: Anshan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Liu Xianghua, Wang Qiwei, Zhang Weiping, Lu Baozhu, Huang Jialin This standard was first published in 1967, revised for the first time in 1978, and secondly on August 15, 1986 revision. l |tt||This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of single-shaft vibrating screens for coal.
This standard applies to single-axis vibrating screens for coal (hereinafter referred to as vibrating screens). This machine is mainly used for screening coal and can also be used for screening other non-metallic minerals.

JB/T938-1999|| tt | Coordinated parts and outsourced parts must have certificates of conformity and must be inspected by the quality inspection department before they can be assembled. 4.3 The structure of the vibrating screen should ensure that:
a) facilitate maintenance and replacement of wearing parts;
b) prevent dust from falling into the bearings and bearing oil leakage;) bolts should be prevented from loosening; ||tt ||①) Under normal working conditions, there is no deviation or spillage of materials from the side panels. 4.4 The performance of the complete machine should meet the following requirements:
a) Smooth operation without jamming;
b) The vibration frequency deviation is 2.5%;
c) Both sides of the screen box The amplitude difference between the plate symmetry points should not be greater than 0.5mmd) The lateral swing of the screen box should not be greater than 1mm; e) The bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75°C; f) The noise when no-load should not be greater than 90dB ( A). 4.5. The screen box should meet the following requirements:
a) The two side plates should be made of steel plates with mechanical properties not lower than 20g in GB/T699, 20g in GB713 or Q235-B steel plates in GB/T700, and shall not be spliced. ;
b) The cross beams are made of seamless steel pipes made of 20 steel;) The two diagonals of the screen frame should be of equal length, and the error should not be greater than 1/1000 of the diagonal length: ①) Screen box shell and Vibrator parts should not have cracks and other visible defects, and welding repairs are not allowed (except steel castings). 4.6 The sieve plate should meet the following requirements:
a) The punched sieve plate should meet the requirements of JB/T9031, and the sieve plate width size deviation should not exceed 2mm; b) The screen mesh should meet the requirements of JB/T9032. 4.7 The stiffness of the damping springs should be the same, and the stiffness deviation should not exceed ±5% of the rated value. The coil springs should be shot blasted. 4.8 The painted surface should be uniform, and no defects such as cracks, peeling, bubbles and flow marks are allowed. 4.9 Complete supply scope of vibrating screen:
a) Vibrating screen body;
b) Rotating parts protective cover;
c) Motor and motor base;
d) Belt ;
e) supporting device.
5 Test method
The test method should comply with the provisions of JB/T4042. 4
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Inspection Categories

The inspection of vibrating screens is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each vibrating screen must pass the manufacturer's inspection before leaving the factory. Documents proving that the product quality is qualified should be attached when leaving the factory. 6.2.2 Factory inspection should be carried out at the manufacturer. After 4 hours of dry operation, the following items should be inspected: a) The basic parameters comply with the provisions of Table 1;
b) The performance of the complete machine meets the requirements of 4.4;
c ) Factory inspection should also meet the requirements of 4.7 and 4.8. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be carried out when the vibrating screen has one of the following circumstances: a) When new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production; b) After formal production, the product structure, materials, and processes have major changes. When changes are made; c) When the product resumes production after a long-term suspension; d) When the results of the factory inspection have greatly changed from the previous inspection; e) When the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.3.2 Type inspection items should include all requirements of this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out by randomly selecting one product from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, one adjustment or additional measures are allowed. 6.3.3

7 Logo, label and instruction manual
7.1 Each vibrating screen should have a product label fixed at an appropriate and obvious position. The sign should comply with the regulations of GB/T13306 and indicate the following:
a) Manufacturer name;
b) Product name and model;
c) Main technical parameters; || tt||d) Production date and factory number.
7.2 The vibrating screen should prepare a product instruction manual, which should comply with the regulations of GB9969.1. 7.3 The packaging marks of the vibrating screen include the transportation, packaging, receipt and delivery marks and the packaging, storage and transportation icon marks. The logo should comply with the regulations of GB/T6388 and GB191.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 The packaging of the vibrating screen should comply with the regulations of GB/T13384. Except for electrical equipment, V-belts, etc., which are packaged in closed packaging, the rest can be packaged or naked. Packing boxes and packages should comply with requirements for land and water transport. 8.2 The packaging box should be ventilated and rainproof. The outer wall should have obvious text marks and should comply with the provisions of 7.3. The content includes: a) the name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;
b) the name of the shipping station and the shipping unit; ||tt| |c) Contract number, product name and model:
d) Gross weight, net weight, box number and overall dimensions; e) Center of gravity, lifting line, storage and transportation icons. JB/T938—1999
8.3 When naked, a sign should be attached at an obvious location. The sign should comply with the provisions of 7.3, and its center of gravity should be marked on the product. 8.4 The exposed metal processing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with polyvinyl chloride plastic film. 8.5 The vibrating screen should be accompanied by the following technical documents: a) packing list;
b) product certificate or quality certificate:
c) product instruction manual;
d) product Installation drawings and other relevant technical information. 5. When storing the vibrating screen, it should be placed flat and stable, and should be kept at a certain distance from the ground. It should not be stacked. Measures should be taken to prevent rain, sun and accumulation of water when stored in the open air.
8.7 The vibrating screen should be maintained once after being stored for one year. 6
