4.1All characters shall be those specified in GB2312-1980. Characters not specified in GB2312-1980 shall be those specified in GB18030-2000. Chinese characters shall be represented by 2 bytes and other characters by 1 byte. All character data items shall be filled in from the left. If the length is insufficient, half-width spaces shall be used to fill in. When exchanging data, each data item shall be arranged in the order of serial numbers. All data items that can be represented by codes shall be represented by codes.
4.2The basic data exchange format for the operation status of business premises contains 4 data items in total. The business premises code is unique. 4.3 Current time: date and time type, expressed as YYYYMMDDhhmm55, where time is expressed in 24-hour format. According to the combined expression of date and time in 4.2 of GA/Z02--2005. 4.4 Number of active hosts in business premises: 4-digit numeric type. Decimal integer.
