First, clean the simulated floor test surface and evenly distribute the test dust (35g) over an area of 0.7×1.0. Test twice, each time for a cleaning cycle, and the dust suction capacity is calculated as the average of the two tests. After each full cleaning period, clean the test surface with dry cotton yarn that has good adhesion to dust, and weigh it after carrying it.

--dust dust distributed on the test surface, 35g: weight difference before and after wiping with dry cotton yarn·8.6.4 Determination of dust suction capacity of vacuum cleaner from carpet 6.4.1 Test procedure
X100 path
Before the test, clean the test floor with the strongest brush until the dust sucked is less than 0.2g after three cycles of cleaning with a stronger vacuum cleaner. Then spread 35g of test dust evenly on the test floor m, 0.7×1.0, and roll it over the test floor 30 times (along the same path) to prevent the dust from being lost due to adhesion and lifting. Pressing speed: 45s for the first and second rolling, 1m for the third and fourth rolling, 15s for the third and fourth rolling. If the test carpet has a slanted hairline, the first rolling should be carried out in the direction of the hairline. After rolling, the test should be started three times, with five cleaning cycles each time, and the average value of the three tests should be taken. 6.4.2 Calculation of dust collection capacity
In the formula: K-: dust collection capacity, %;

. After five cleaning cycles, the collector The dust collected in the test carpet is uniformly distributed on the test carpet. The dust is 35g. If the fluctuation range of the test results is greater than 3%, at least two more tests should be performed and the average value of the five tests should be taken. 6.5 Life test
The test program adjusts the control to its maximum value. When the air is flowing, the dust collector runs for 4.5 minutes per cycle and stops for 30 minutes. The dust collector is replaced or cleaned after about col. 6.6 Operation test

The vacuum cleaner shall be placed in a anechoic air according to the specified conditions in the product manual and in the state specified in the figure. The vacuum cleaner body shall be placed under a foam anti-noise board F with a thickness of about 50m.
