6.1.1 The wires shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard. And fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The buyer shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the buyer shall report to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 6.2 Batches
Wires shall be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch shall consist of the same brand, state and specification, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 500kg. 6.3 Inspection items
6.3.1 Each batch of wires shall be inspected for chemical composition, external dimensions and surface quality. 6.3.2 Each batch of Tul and Tu2 wires shall be inspected for oxygen content and repeated bending tests. 6.3.3 Each batch of T2 and T3 wires shall be tested for room temperature mechanical properties. 6.3.4 T2 wires shall be tested for resistivity at 20°C as required by the contract. 6.3.5 The supplier may not conduct wire fracture inspection, but must ensure it. 6.4 Sampling location and sampling quantity
6.4.1 For sampling of chemical composition, the supplier shall take 1 sample from each furnace during melting and casting, and the buyer shall take 1 sample from each batch of wires. 6.4.2 For the case temperature tensile test, 2 rolls (spools) shall be randomly selected from each batch of wires, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (spool). The sample shall comply with the provisions of GB6397, and the sample number is R17. 6.4.3 For the repeated bending test, 2 rolls (spools) shall be randomly selected from each batch of wires, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (spool). 6.4.4 For the resistivity test, 2 rolls (spools) shall be randomly selected from each batch of wires, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (spool). 6.4.5 The oxygen content test shall be carried out by randomly selecting 2 rolls (spools) from each batch of wires, and taking 1 sample from each roll (spool). 6.4.6 The measurement of the external dimensions and the inspection of the surface quality shall be carried out roll by roll (spool). 6.5 Repeated test
Even if only one sample fails the test result, double samples shall be taken from the batch to retest the unqualified item.
