3 General concepts
3.1 Electronic publications Electronic publications Interactive mass media that store information in digital form on magnetic, optical, electrical and other media, can be reproduced (6.3) and distributed, and can be read and used by computers or devices with similar functions to express ideas, popularize knowledge and spread culture.
