4 Technical requirements
4.1 Materials
4.1.1 Dust-proof benefits are made of 08A] minus 10 high-quality carbon cable structural steel cold-rolled thin plates and steel strips, and the technical requirements should comply with the provisions of GR 13237. The surface quality is lower than the light high-grade material surface II group: drawing damage is ordinary drawing grade P. The shape, size and tolerance of steel plates and strips shall conform to the provisions of GBT708. 4.1.2 Stainless steel stamped dust covers can be made of 0Cr18N9, 1Cr18Yi9, 1Cr13, 2Cr13 cold-rolled stainless steel strips or cold-rolled stainless steel plates. Their technical requirements shall conform to the provisions of GB/T3220 or GR/T4239. 4.2 Tolerances 4. 2.1 VVa and V of dust covers shall conform to the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Note: According to the requirements of the product drawings, the dust covers shall conform to the provisions of Table 2. 4.2.3 V of dust covers shall conform to the provisions of Table 3.

The finished dust cover should be treated with zinc, rust or oxidation to prevent rust. The dust cover is not allowed to have cracks, rust, scratches, hair bundles, flaking and falling defects.
4.4 Others
The opening of the dust cover is evenly divided into the groove hook, and the curling radius R shall comply with the requirements of the product drawing. 5 Measurement method
5.1 The outer diameter deviation and inner diameter shrinkage difference of the dust cover, V, Vm and Vm are measured with a vernier caliper with a spread of 0.02mm. The measurement shall not be stepped down at the next point along the diameter.
5.2 The dust cover, with a height measuring instrument, is measured (see Figure 2). The measurement of the parts along the wet circumference direction shall not be less than three places. 5.3 Curling radius R. Check with R gauge
6 Inspection rules
6.【The appearance of the dust cover should be inspected by 10U% of the pressure. 6.2 The inspection and observation of the dust cover shall be in accordance with the provisions of JBIT.8921. The main items include D, dl, Vnm, Ps,, VHc, Vg. The other provisions of the product drawing are modified items. The sample size is selected from the special inspection level $-2, and the acceptable quality level-AQL value is 2.5 for the half item and 6.5 for the secondary item. If the subscriber has other requirements, it can be negotiated with the manufacturer. 7 Marking
The dust cover mark shall comply with the provisions of JB3574 or meet the requirements of the product drawing. Inner packaging and storage
month.1 The dust cover that has passed the final inspection shall be rust-proofed and inner-packed according to the provisions of JB73034, and then packed in GB/T8597. The code of the bearing used, the number of the dust cover, the packaging date and the manufacturer's name shall be marked on the packaging box. 8.1 The dust cover shall not be rusted or deformed during the aging and storage period of 1 year.
