Under other working conditions, the oil delivery pressure shall meet the matching requirements of the engine. 3.6 The limit deviation of the angle between the oil supply starting point of each cylinder of the distribution pump and the specified reference cylinder oil supply starting point should not exceed ±30". 3.7 The oil supply characteristics and automatic advance oil supply characteristics of the distribution pump assembly should be able to meet and adapt to the matching requirements of the main engine respectively. 3.8 The oil supply of the distribution pump under the calibration condition (or maximum torque condition) should be within the range specified in the technical documents. 3.9 The oil stop mechanism of the distribution pump must be flexible and reliable, and must ensure that the engine can be stopped quickly at any time. 3.10 The speed regulating mechanism of the distribution pump should be sensitive and should ensure stable operation of the engine under any working condition. When recovering from the oil cut-off speed specified by the governor to the calibration condition speed, the recovery deviation of the oil supply should not exceed ±3%. The recovery deviation β of the oil supply at the calibration point is calculated as follows: β==αx100% · Where: Q is the arithmetic mean of the oil supply of each cylinder at the rated speed before speed increase; Qb is the arithmetic mean of the oil supply of each cylinder when the rated speed is restored. The speed regulation rate of the speed regulator should meet the matching requirements of the main engine. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 (1) Implemented on January 1, 1992 JB/T5176-1991 At the specified oil cut-off speed, the oil supply of each cylinder is allowed to be no more than 0.5mL per 100 times. 3.11 3.12 At the rated speed, the ... The deviation of the average oil supply of each cylinder from the calibration value under the fixed working condition is allowed to be no more than ±2%. The error r is calculated as follows: QQ×100% Where: Q is the arithmetic mean of the oil supply of each cylinder: Q is the calibration value of the oil supply. 3.13 The unevenness of the oil supply of each cylinder of the distribution pump is no more than ±4% for four cylinders and below, and no more than ±4.5% for six cylinders and above under the calibration working condition (or maximum torque working condition). Under the lowest speed (idling) working condition, it should be no more than ±20%. The unevenness of the oil supply of each cylinder of the distribution pump 6 should be calculated as follows: 8=m(@)-0 2x100% Wherein: Qmax—the maximum oil supply in each cylinder; Qmin—the minimum oil supply in each cylinder; Q—the arithmetic mean of the oil supply in each cylinder. 3.14 When the distribution pump is working, there shall be no oil leakage at the sealing points. 3.15 The cleanliness of the distribution pump assembly shall comply with the provisions of relevant standard provisions. 3.16 After the commissioning of the distribution pump is completed, the manufacturer shall seal the appropriate parts of the oil pump with lead. (3) 3.17 When the user complies with the instructions for use of the diesel engine and distribution pump The warranty period of the distribution pump is 12 months from the date of leaving the factory (the cumulative working time shall not exceed 2000 hours) provided that the installation, maintenance and use rules specified in the book and all the lead seals of the distribution pump assembly are kept intact. During the warranty period, if the parts are damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall replace or repair them for the user free of charge. 4 Test method 4.1 Test conditions 4.1.1 The injection pump test bench shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ94016. 4.1.2 The oil used in the injection pump test bench shall comply with the provisions of GB8029. The oil delivery pressure of the test bench shall be 0.02MPa, and the oil temperature shall be controlled within the range of 40±2℃. The test oil temperature is allowed to be determined according to the user's requirements. 4.2 Sealing test of distribution pump 4.2.1 Operation method On the injection pump test bench, pass the test oil into the distribution pump, then clean and wipe the surface of the pump with gasoline, and operate it for 30 minutes under the calibrated working conditions. During this period, no obvious oil marks that can be observed by touching with fingers are allowed on the seals of the distribution pump. 4.2.2 Air pressure method Introduce compressed air with a pressure of 0.5MPa at the oil inlet of the distribution pump, and then immerse the pump in the oil pool. There shall be no leakage within 30s. You may choose any one of the above two methods. 4.3 The angle between the starting point of the oil supply of each cylinder and the starting point of the oil supply of the designated reference cylinder is allowed to be measured by the method in Article 2.2.2 of GB5770 or other methods, but the provisions of Article 3.6 of this standard must be ensured. 4.4 Oil supply characteristic test Fix the speed control handle at the calibrated working position and the rapid working position respectively, and measure the oil supply characteristics of the distribution pump. Measuring point of oil supply 4.5 Test of uneven oil supply rate of each cylinder JB/T5176-1991 When conducting the test in Article 4.4, measure the uneven oil supply rate of each cylinder under the calibration condition (or maximum torque condition).
