Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test method for the high-temperature and high-pressure water vapor tightness of asbestos-rubber sheets. GB/T 15520—1995
This standard is applicable to the steam tightness test of three brands of asbestos rubber sheets: XB450, XB350 and XB200. Other brands of asbestos rubber sheets should also be tested for steam tightness in accordance with this standard. 2 Test equipment
The steam tightness test machine for asbestos rubber sheets consists of two parts: the main machine and the control cabinet. The structural principle of the test machine is shown in the figure. 2.1 The control cabinet contains a preload pressure control system, an electric furnace temperature and steam temperature control system, and a steam pressure control system, through which the test conditions are controlled.
2.2 To ensure safety, the test machine should be reliably grounded, and the main machine should be placed in an isolated room with an observation hole. 10

3 Test specimen

3.1 The test specimen is annular, with an inner diameter of 80±1mm and an outer diameter of 1201mm. 3.2 Three test specimens are used for each test.
4 Test conditions
For the three brands of asbestos rubber sheets XB450, XB350 and XB200, the test conditions are specified in the following table. Brand

5.1 Use a water pump to inject distilled water into the water and gas pipe of the autoclave until water comes out of the water and gas pipe port of the upper flange, and use a beaker to add 40±5mL of distilled water into the autoclave.
5.2 Apply graphite powder on the upper and lower surfaces of the sample, separate the three samples with two flange rings, and place them in the middle on the autoclave body. 5.3 Turn on the main power of the testing machine, turn the oil pump reversing valve to the "rising" position, press the "start" button, apply pre-tightening pressure to the sample, and turn off the oil pump when the working pressure of the hydraulic system reaches the specified pressure. 5.4 Turn the conversion switch to the "strong heat" gear and start heating. When the furnace temperature reaches the set temperature (650-700℃ for XB450, 600-650℃ for XB350, and 500-550℃ for XB200), and the steam temperature in the high-pressure sign is close to the temperature specified in the test conditions, turn the conversion switch to the "temperature control" gear to make the steam temperature rise steadily and control it within the range specified in the test conditions; the steam pressure in the autoclave is controlled within the range specified in the test conditions by steam release and water injection. 5.5 After the steam temperature and pressure in the autoclave reach the specified range, start timing, and record the steam temperature and pressure values ​​every 5 minutes for 30±2 minutes.
5.6 If the sample does not break down, turn the conversion switch to the "stop" position, open the exhaust valve first to release the steam in the autoclave, then turn the oil pump reversing valve to the "down" position, start the oil pump, and lower the furnace body. 5.7 If the sample breaks down, the furnace body should be lowered, and the silencer and dust removal device should be cleaned after the furnace temperature drops to room temperature. 6 Result evaluation
6.1 If the sample does not break down, the sample is qualified. 6.2 If the sample breaks down, double the sample should be taken for re-testing. If neither of the two sets of re-tested samples breaks down, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. 139
