Process description
Material is stored in flat-bottomed cargo boxes in the material warehouse
Manually stack the cargo boxes on the pallet
1. The flat-bottomed cargo box is converted into a box-type bracket to facilitate direct forklift transportation, and the pallet and code tray operations can be eliminated. , saving storage and parking area, saving handling man-hours, reducing the number of loading and unloading cases, and helping to maintain product quality.
2. Completely change the bad habit of workpieces falling to the ground and create the necessary material conditions for it:
① Set up a slideway connection between the molding machine and the cutting machine: ② Set up a loading platform, and place the cargo boxes on the loading platform in advance to facilitate direct loading

B1 Purpose of process flow charts and tables
JB/T9170
[Suggestive Appendix]
Instructions on the use and drawing of process flow charts and tables Appendix B
Process flow charts and tables composed of symbols specified in this standard are mainly used to study, design, analyze and improve process flows in industrial production.
B2 Key points for drawing process flow charts and tables
B2.1 The contents of process flow charts and tables can be simplified or omitted according to different purposes. B2.2 In process flow charts, in addition to using the partition symbol "~——~", different colors can be used to represent different management areas.
B2.3 In process flow charts, symbols can be sorted according to categories as needed, and the serial numbers can be filled in the corresponding symbols for statistics and analysis.
B2.4 In the "Process\" column of the process flow table, the symbols for processing, handling, storage, parking, quantity inspection and quality inspection are pre-printed. When filling in, they are connected with flow lines according to the process sequence. If composite symbols are required, they can be manually drawn in the printed symbols in the table. B2.5 In the process flow table, the last line of the previous page and the first line of the continuation page are marked with "※\" to indicate that they are continued here. B2.6 In the statistics column of the process flow chart, statistics are made based on the process. For processes using composite symbols, statistics are also made as one process.
