I 1 Scope Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China Graphical symbols for process chart Graphical symbols for process chart This standard specifies the common graphic symbols for process chart. This standard applies to process management in industrial production. 2 Terminology Process flow process; process JB/T91701998 Replaces ZBTJ04009-90 Refers to the process of production objects from input to output, through processing, handling, inspection, parking and storage arranged in a certain order. 3 Graphic symbols Basic symbols Basic symbols are specified in Table 1. Symbol name Quantity inspection Quality inspection Approval number of the State Machinery Industry Bureau on 1998-11-16 Symbol meaning Indicates processing, assembly, synthesis, decomposition, packaging, handling, etc. of the production object. Indicates handling, transportation, delivery, etc. of the production object; or changes in the working position of the operating personnel Indicates quantity inspection of the production object Indicates quality inspection of the production object Indicates temporary parking of the production object near the workplace. Indicates planned storage of the production object in the storage area. Implementation on 1998-12-01 3.2 Auxiliary symbols Auxiliary symbols are as specified in Table 2. Symbol name Flow line JB/T9170 Symbol meaning Indicates the sequential connection between processes in the process flow chart. Indicates the division of management areas in the process flow chart. Indicates partial omission of the process flow chart Note: When the sequential relationship is difficult to discern, \1\ or \1\ can be used to indicate the flow direction. The intersection of process lines can be \one+ten\ or " 3.3 Composite symbols Compound symbols shall be as specified in Table 3. Symbol meaning In a given time, processing and quantity inspection are carried out simultaneouslyIn a given time, processing and quality inspection are carried out simultaneouslyIn a given time, processing and handling are carried out simultaneouslyIn a given time, quality inspection and quantity inspection are carried out simultaneously3.4 On the basis of implementing the provisions of this standard, each unit may appropriately add relevant special symbols as needed. Size ratio of drawing graphic symbols for process flow charts4 Size ratio of drawing basic symbols " indicates Compound symbol drawing JB/T9170 The outer graphic symbol is drawn according to the size ratio specified in 4.1, and the inner graphic symbol is reduced accordingly and inscribed with the outer graphic symbol. 3 JB/T9170 【Prompt Appendix】 Examples of application of graphic symbols for process flow charts Appendix A A1 For examples of application of graphic symbols for process flow charts, see Figure A1 and Tables A1 and A2. B2 Key points for drawing process flow charts and tables B2.1 The contents of process flow charts and tables can be simplified or omitted according to different purposes. B2.2 In process flow charts, in addition to using the partition symbol "~——~", different colors can be used to represent different management areas. B2.3 In process flow charts, symbols can be sorted according to categories as needed, and the serial numbers can be filled in the corresponding symbols for statistics and analysis. B2.4 In the "Process\" column of the process flow table, the symbols for processing, handling, storage, parking, quantity inspection and quality inspection are pre-printed. When filling in, they are connected with flow lines according to the process sequence. If composite symbols are required, they can be manually drawn in the printed symbols in the table. B2.5 In the process flow table, the last line of the previous page and the first line of the continuation page are marked with "※\" to indicate that they are continued here. B2.6 In the statistics column of the process flow chart, statistics are made based on the process. For processes using composite symbols, statistics are also made as one process.
