The number of sampling barrels in each batch shall comply with the provisions of 6.6 of GB/T6678-1986. The packaging of the sampled product must be intact. Do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product during sampling. Use a probe to collect samples from the top, middle and bottom parts. The sampling volume shall not be less than 200. Finely scoop the obtained samples and pack them into two clean, dry and well-sealed containers. Paste labels on them, indicating the product name, manufacturer name, batch, sampling date and location. One is used for inspection and the other is kept for future reference. 5 Analysis steps 5.1 Evaluation of appearance Monthly evaluation is adopted. 5.2 Determination of dyeing shade and intensity General conditions shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2374 and (J3/亍2378). 5.2.1 Preparation of dye bath The dyeing depth is specified as 2, and 4 wool threads (or wool fanding) are used for dyeing, with a bath ratio of 1:50. In five 300mL dyeing tanks, prepare the dye bath according to the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Preparation of dye bath Tan number 1g/500 tnL standard suspension solution 1/500mL sample solution 100g/L anhydrous sodium sulfate solution 10 g/L ammonium acetate solution Make up the total volume with distilled water 5.2.2 Dyeing operation HG/T3695—2001 After the dye solution is prepared, heat it to 40℃ and put the wool thread soaked with boiling water into the dyeing. Raise the temperature to boiling within 30 minutes and continue dyeing at this temperature for 45 minutes. Take out the dye vat, turn it over slowly and cool it for 10 minutes, take out the dyed material and wash it with water, dry it at 60℃ or air dry it. 5.2.3 Evaluation of color light and intensity Carry out according to the provisions of Chapter 6 of GB2374—1994. 5.3 Determination of water-insoluble matter content According to GR/T 2381 5.4 Determination of fineness According to the provisions of GB/T2383, the standard sieve aperture is 180μm. 5.5 Determination of moisture content According to the provisions of GB/T2386-1980. 5.6 Determination of color fastness on wool fabrics All color fastness test specimens are dyed to a dark black standard depth according to the provisions of GB/T4841.2. 5.6.1 Determination of color fastness to rubbing www.bzxz.net The determination of color fastness to rubbing is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T3920. 5.6.2 Determination of color fastness to washing || tt||The determination of color fastness to washing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3921.2. 5.6.3 Determination of color fastness to perspiration The determination of color fastness to perspiration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T3921.2. 5.6.4 Determination of color fastness to water The determination of color fastness to water shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5713. 5.6.5 Determination of color fastness to heat pressing The determination of color fastness to heat pressing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6152, 180℃T pressure (4h). 5.6.6 Determination of color fastness to light The determination of color fastness to light shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8427. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Inspection classification 3.1 and 3.2 of this standard are inspection items, and 3.3 is a periodic inspection item. Inspection is conducted once a year during continuous normal production. 6.2 Factory inspection Acid Black P-7RR shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the requirements of this standard. The manufacturer shall ensure that all Acid Black P-7BR products shipped out of the factory meet the requirements of this standard. 6.3 Re-inspection If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sampling shall be carried out from twice the amount of packaging. If the result of the re-inspection does not meet the requirements of this standard even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be accepted. 7 Marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1. Marking and labeling Each barrel of Acid Black P-713R150% should be painted with a firm and clear mark. Indicate the product name, specification, milk injection trademark, net content, manufacturer name, factory address, standard number, batch, and production date. The batch number and production date can also be printed on the label and placed outside the plastic bag in the barrel together with the product quality inspection certificate. 7.2 Packaging Acid Black P-7RR is packaged in an iron barrel with an inner sealed bag, which is encrypted and sealed. The net content of each barrel is 25kg or 50kg. Other packaging can be determined by negotiation with the user 7.3 Transportation IG/T3695—2001 Avoid strong shock during transportation.
