Technical requirements 4.1 General requirements 4.1.1 The superhard abrasives used in the products shall comply with the requirements of GB/T6405, GB/T6406, GB/T6408 and JB/T7989. 4.1.2 The hardness of the substrate shall not be less than 50HRC, The coaxiality deviation of the substrate core rod shall not be greater than 0.005mm. 4.1.3: 4.1.4The roughness Ra value of the substrate shall not be less than 0.8um. 4.2 Appearance requirements The abrasive particles of the coating shall be evenly distributed and firmly combined. There shall be no tumors higher than the abrasive particles on the coating. The coating shall not be higher than the abrasive particles. The coating is not allowed to peel or delaminate. There shall be no burrs or rust spots on the product surface. 4.2.6The substrate surface of the non-abrasive layer shall have a protective decorative coating. 4.3 Dimensional deviation The dimensional deviation of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Diameter D Thickness T Mandrel diameter Y Mandrel length L 5Test method 5.1 General requirements inspection 5.1.1 When the product is delivered for inspection, its construction documents shall be consistent with the product and its logo, and visual inspection shall be carried out according to general requirements. 5.1.2 The hardness of the substrate shall be checked with a hardness tester. 5.1.3 The coaxiality deviation shall be checked with a runout meter with a graduation value of 0.001mm. 24 JB/T 7991.4—2001 5.1.4 The surface roughness can be checked by comparing with a standard sample block. 5.2 Appearance inspection The following items shall be checked with a reading microscope with a magnification of 20 times. 5.2.1 Uniformity of abrasive distribution When the gaps between abrasive particles are less than the positions that five abrasive particles should occupy, it is considered uniform. 5.2.2 Abrasive bonding strength Use a thin steel sheet with a hardness of ≥54HRC to scrape the working surface of the product back and forth five times, and observe the working surface of the product. If there are no pits, it is considered to be firmly bonded. 5.2.3 Nodules and coatings Those with nodules and coating thickness lower than the abrasive particles are qualified. 5.2.4 Bonding strength of abrasive coating and substrate Clamp the handle of the grinding head in a vise, and use a small flat-head carving knife to scrape the abrasive coating. If there is no layering, it is qualified. 5.2.5 Check burrs and rust spots with your eyes. 5.3 Size inspection Use a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02mm and a lever micrometer to check the size of the grinding head. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products must be inspected according to the technical requirements of this standard before leaving the factory. Only qualified products can leave the factory and attach a certificate of conformity. 6.2 100% inspection of appearance. 6.3 Other items shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with GB/T2828. 6.3.1 Sampling inspection shall adopt special inspection level S-1. 6.3.2 Sampling inspection shall adopt the normal inspection sampling plan of Table 3 of GB/T2828-1987. 6.3.3 The product quality level (AQL) is 2.5.7 Marking and packaging 7.1 Marking 7.1.1 Outer packaging marking a) Manufacturer name, address, trademark b) Product name and model; c) Attach a certificate of conformity. 7.1.2 Certification Marks a) Factory name, trademark; b) Product name; c) Product mark: d) Inspection date; e) Inspection stamp. 7.2 Packaging 7.2.1 Inner packaging: Packed with soft materials, products should be separated. 7.2.2 Outer packaging: Should be safe and reliable and comply with relevant transportation regulations. 7.2.3 Export products shall comply with contract requirements.
