5.14.2.1 Inspection: According to the method shown in Figure 1, the bearing journals at both ends of the lower roller are placed between two V-shaped blocks. During the rotation of the lower roller, use a dial indicator to measure the cross-sections at three locations evenly divided according to the effective working width. The maximum difference measured is the radial runout value of the outer circle of the lower roller. V-shaped block

5.24.2.2 Inspection: Use an outer diameter micrometer to measure the size of the bearing journal. The deviation value should meet the requirements of the drawing, and the accuracy level should be checked according to the data.
5.34.3.1 Inspection: After the machine runs at no load for 1 hour, extract 100mL of oil from the hydraulic system and measure it according to the GB/T511 determination method.
5.44.4.6 Inspection: Use a 500V megohmmeter for inspection. 5.54.5.5 Inspection: When the machine is under load operation, the reading of the root pressure gauge shall be determined by the first test. 5.6 When the machine is idling, the following inspections shall be carried out: 5.6.14.4.1 Inspection: Carry out inspections in accordance with the provisions of GB7612. 5.6.24.4.5 Inspection: After the machine has been running continuously for 2 hours, measure with a thermometer. 5.6.34.5.2 Inspection: After the temperature rise of the flower cluster is normal, use a surface thermometer to measure 3 points on its surface evenly. The difference between the maximum and minimum values is the unevenness of the flower cluster surface temperature.
5.6.44.5.3 Inspection: After the temperature rise of the pattern roller is normal, take any point on the outer circle of its middle section, measure its temperature with a surface thermometer, and then repeat the measurement at the same point every 5 minutes. After repeating the measurement 6 times, the difference between the maximum and minimum values is the temperature fluctuation value of the pattern roller surface.
