The standard titration solution, impurity standard solution, preparation and product in this test method shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T601, GB/T602 and GB/T603 unless otherwise specified. The experimental water shall meet the third-grade water specifications in GB/T6682. 4.1 Determination of sodium metabisulfite (Na2S.O.) content Weigh 0.2g of sample, accurate to 0.0001g. Place in an iodine volumetric flask pre-filled with 50.00mL of iodine standard titration solution [c(1/2Iz)=0.1mol/L], shake well, and leave for 5min. Add 2mL of hydrochloric acid solution (20%), and titrate with sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution [c(Na2S,O.)=0.1mol/L]. When near the end point, add 2mL of starch indicator solution (10g/L), and continue titrating until the blue color of the solution disappears. Perform a blank test at the same time.
The content of sodium metabisulfite is calculated as follows: (Vi - V2): c X 0. 047 53 ×X100
Wherein: r
mass percentage of sodium metabisulfite, %; Vi—volume of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution consumed in blank test, mLV2--volume of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution consumed by sample, mL; concentration of sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution, mol/L; 0. 047 53-
mass of sodium metabisulfite equivalent to 1.00mL sodium thiosulfate standard titration solution [c(Na,S,0;)=1.000mol/L], expressed in grams;
mass of sample, g.
4.2 Determination of impurities
The sample must be weighed accurately to 0.01g.
4.2.1 Clarity test
Weigh 10g of sample and dissolve it in 100mL of water. Its turbidity shall not be greater than the clarity standard specified in HG3-1168: analytically pure
chemically pure·
4.2.2 Water-insoluble matter
No. 3,
No. 5.
Weigh 20g of sample and dissolve it in 200mL of water. Keep it warm in a water bath for 1h. Filter it with a No. 4 glass filter that has been constant at 105±2℃. Wash the filter residue with hot water until there is no sulfite reaction in the washing liquid. Dry it in an electric oven at 105±2℃ to constant weight. The results are calculated according to the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB/T9738.
4.2.3 Chloride
Weigh 0.2g of sample, dissolve in 5mL of water, add 1mlL sodium hydroxide solution (100g/L), 2mL30% hydrogen peroxide, evaporate to dryness on a water bath, dissolve the residue in an appropriate amount of water, neutralize with nitric acid solution (25%), dilute to 20mL, and measure according to the provisions of GB/T9729. The turbidity of the solution shall not be greater than the standard.
