Performance requirements
4.1.1.1 The production capacity is 55 pieces/min.

4.1.1.2 The sliding and transmission parts of the hose threading machine should move flexibly and smoothly, and there should be no looseness, looseness, or jamming. 4.1.1.3 The start, stop, and six-axis disk rotation clutch of the hose threading machine should be sensitive, accurate, and reliable. The temperature rise at the bearing of the hose threading machine shall not exceed 40°C, and the maximum temperature at the bearing shall not exceed 80°C. 4.1.1.4

Pipemaking requirements
The maximum length of the cut hose body is 172mm, and the length error should be within ±0.5mm; the thread specifications of the rolled hose are 12 teeth/inch and 16 teeth/inch. No bad teeth are allowed; the qualified rate of finished products shall not be less than 96% (except for the quality problems of bad materials themselves). 4.1.2 Electrical system
4.1.2.1 The power terminals of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.3 and 4:3.4 of GB/T5226. 4.1.2.2 The control of the electrical system shall be safe, accurate and reliable. Various electrical connectors shall be firmly connected and arranged neatly. The wires shall not be cut, scratched or otherwise damaged, and shall be numbered.
4.1.2.3 The withstand voltage, grounding resistance and insulation resistance requirements of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 13.1, 13.2 and 13.3 of GB/T5226. 4.1.3 Matching
To ensure the basic performance of the machine, accessories and wearing parts shall be fully equipped and shall comply with relevant technical regulations. 4.1.4 Lubrication system
4.1.4.1 The assembly of the lubrication pipeline shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. 4.1.4.2 The performance of various lubricating components should be stable and reliable, the oil mark should be clear and easy to observe. 4.1.4.3 The connections between various components and pipelines should be tight and there should be no oil leakage. 4.1.5 Safety and environmental protection
4.1.5.1 There should be no abnormal sound during operation, and the noise should not exceed 85dB(A) during normal operation. 4.1.6 Life and reliability
Under the condition that the user complies with the maintenance and use rules, the time from the beginning of use to the first overhaul shall not be less than 10,000 hours. 4.1.6.1
4.1.6.2 Under the condition that the user complies with the maintenance and repair rules, its service life shall not be less than 10 years. 4.2 Quality of parts processing and assembly
All parts, including purchased parts, standard parts, and outsourced parts, must be inspected and qualified before they can be assembled and shipped. The processing quality of castings, forgings, welded parts and parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB842.2 and QB/T1588.2. The assembly quality shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. 4.2.42
After the six hose spindles are assembled, the length of their extended ends shall be consistent. The circular runout of each hose spindle after assembly shall not exceed 0.1mm at the head and 0.05mm at the root. 4.2.5
4.2.6 When assembling the clutch, the plate spacing shall be appropriately adjusted to maintain a gap of 2 to 2.5mm to ensure reliable operation of the clutch. 4.3 Appearance quality
4.3.1 The paint surface shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. The exposed non-processed surface shall not have defects such as protrusions and depressions other than those specified in the drawing, and the corner lines shall be clear and neat. 4.3.22
4.3.3 The color tone of chrome-plated parts and blackened parts shall be consistent, and the protective layer shall not fade or fall off. 5 Test method
5.1 Run the test for 1 hour without using the machine, and check the following items. 5.1.1 Use visual and auditory judgment to judge the movement, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1.2. 5.1.2 When the hose thread machine runs without using the machine to a stable temperature, use a point thermometer to measure the temperature rise of the bearing, which shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1.4. 5.2 Load operation test

5.2.1 Production capacity: The actual output measured per minute is used as the evaluation value, and the sampling frequency is three times. The result shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1.1.
5.2.2 Test conditions: The size of the processed hose shall comply with the requirements of Table 1, and the hose shall have passed the inspection. 5.2.3 Inspection of pipe making: sampling three times, 100 tubes each time (using $25mm hose as standard), the inspection result shall be the average of the three sampling results as the evaluation value. The result shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1.6. 5.3 Inspection of electrical system
5.3.1 The power supply terminals of the electrical system and the assembly requirements of the system shall be determined by visual inspection and shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.1 and 4.1.2.2. 5.3.2 The insulation test of the electrical system shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 13.1 of GB/T5226 and shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.3. 5.3.3 The withstand voltage test of the electrical system shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 13.2 of GB/T5226 and shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.2.3. 5.4 Safety and environmental protection: The noise measurement shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZBJ50004 under the actual vehicle operation and shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.6.2.
5.5 Life and reliability; provided by the user factory. 5.6 The appearance quality is tested by self-test, and the results shall comply with the provisions of 4.3. 5.7 Assembly quality inspection
5.7.1 The assembly quality of the six hose spindles, the length of the extended end is checked with a vernier caliper, and the micro error is compensated by adjusting the nut. The result shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.4.
5.7.2 After assembly, the circular runout of each hose spindle is measured at the head and root with a dial indicator. The result shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.5. Inspection rules
Each hose thread machine must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with a certificate of conformity. Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. 6.2
Trial production and appraisal of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance, b.
When the product is discontinued for three years and production is resumed; c.
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; d.
When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3 Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 4.1.1.2, 4.1.1.3, 4.1.1.4, 4.1.3, 4.1.4, 4.2, and 4.3. 6.4 Type inspection items are all items specified in Table 1 and technical requirements in this standard. 6.5 Type inspection sampling rules adopt random sampling method, with no less than 2 units per batch. 6.6 Type inspection judgment rules
If the inspection fails, double sampling should be carried out. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 Each product shall be fixed with a product nameplate in an appropriate position. The type, size and technical requirements of the nameplate shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8. 7.1.2 The basic contents on the nameplate of the hose thread machine include: a.

7.2 Packaging

7.2.1 The packaging of the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.8. 7.2.2 The packaging storage and transportation signs shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T191. 7.2.3 The documents accompanying the hose thread machine shall be complete, the content shall be accurate, and it shall be properly packaged. The documents accompanying the hose thread machine shall include: a. Product certificate or certificate of conformity;
Product instruction manual;
Packing list.
7.3 Transportation
Product transportation shall meet the requirements of land and water transportation and loading. 7.4 Storage
The product is strictly prohibited to be stacked in the open air or stacked together with corrosive chemicals. The box shall be unpacked and inspected every six months, and the packaging shall be re-oiled if necessary.
8 Quality Assurance
If the user complies with the installation and use rules of the product, within one and a half years from the date of delivery and within one year from the date of installation, if the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts).
