1 Introduction National Standard of the People's Republic of China Terminals for transformers, high - voltage transformers and bushings 1.1 Scope of application UDC 621.315.6: 621. 314 + 621 GB5273—85 This standard applies to the wiring terminals (hereinafter referred to as wiring terminals) of 50Hz AC high-voltage power equipment such as indoor and outdoor transformers, high-voltage electrical appliances and bushings, including the following equipment: power transformers (including their low-voltage side wiring terminals) b. high-voltage switchgear (including circuit breakers, disconnectors, load switches, metal-enclosed switchgear and combined electrical appliances, etc.) c. bushings (including wall bushings, bushings for high-voltage electrical appliances and transformers, etc.) current transformers (excluding their secondary wiring terminals) d. current-limiting reactors: f. high positive fuses to protect power transformers and power lines. 1.2 Reference scope of use Terminals of grounding switches, power capacitors, lightning arresters and high-voltage contactors a. Terminals of other transformers (such as furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, test transformers, etc.), voltage transformers and shunt reactors other than power transformers, terminals for grounding and instrument potential connection! c. Terminals installed inside enclosed electrical equipment and cable junction boxes; terminals for high-voltage fuses that protect voltage transformers and power capacitors; e. f. Terminals of DC electrical equipment. 1.3 Any special requirements beyond the scope of this standard shall be resolved through consultation between the user and the manufacturer. 1.4 This standard refers to the international standard IEC518 (1975) "Standardization of the size of terminals for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment". 2 Terminology 2.1 Terminals Terminals referred to in this standard are the conductive parts used for electrical connection between 0Hz AC high-voltage power equipment such as indoor and outdoor transformers, high-voltage electrical appliances and bushings, or between the high-voltage power equipment and the high-voltage power system. 2.2 Other terms used in this standard shall comply with the terminology standards of relevant professions such as transformers, high-voltage electrical appliances and insulation. 3 Types and main dimensions 3.1 Terminals are divided into the following two types: a. Screw type, b. Round rod (or round tube) type; National Bureau of Standards 1985-08-01 1986 04-01 plate type. GB 5278-85 8.2 The main dimensions of the terminal shall comply with the provisions of the following table. Types and main dimensions of terminal blocks M20xl.,5* 30(28) 40(42) 50(044) Note: The dimensions in brackets are only applicable to the transformer industry. *When the mechanical strength of M20×1.5 terminal blocks is insufficient, M24×2 is allowed. Main civil GB5273—85 Main dimensions 4 Technical requirements GE5273—85 Main dimensions 4.1 Terminal blocks should be made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, copper or copper alloy, or other suitable materials, and their mechanical strength should meet the technical requirements of the corresponding equipment. 4.2 The contact surface of the terminal block shall be clean and free from cracks, obvious scratches, burrs, fairy marks, concave-convex defects and other defects that affect electrical contact and mechanical strength. The contact surface and connection holes of the cast terminal block shall not have defects such as pores, sand holes and slag inclusions. The connection surface of the plate-type terminal block shall be flat and the connection hole shall not have burrs. 4.3 When tested at an ambient temperature of +10 to +40°C, the temperature rise value of the terminal block shall not exceed the provisions of the corresponding equipment standard. Note: Since the allowable temperature rise values of the terminal blocks of each device are different, the values in Appendix A are only used as reference for recommended values, and are subject to the qualified temperature rise test of each device. 4.4 When the equipment is connected to the power supply, the terminal should be equipped with supporting fasteners (such as nuts, bolts and washers, etc.) for wiring, and anti-loosening measures should be taken. When the equipment terminals are connected to each other or the equipment terminals are electrically connected to the high-voltage power system, it is recommended to use a torque wrench for tightening. 4.5 The recommended torque value is shown in Appendix B. Use as little as possible.
