All parts should not be deformed, loose, fall off, broken, poorly connected or have other significant defects. 6.6 Water resistance test 6.6.1 Install the headlights that have undergone the impact test in the normal use state. 6.6.2 According to the test device in Figure 1, make the test piece rotate at a speed of 17r/min around the plumb line at a uniform speed, and the water spray pipe rotates at a speed of 23r/min around the direction of 45° to the plumb line. The water spray port sprays water outward at a pressure of 98kPa for 30 minutes. 6.6.3 After the test, leave it for 1 hour. Then check the residual water in the lamp. It shall not exceed 2mL, and it shall not darken on the inner surface of the reflector (effective reflection surface). 6.7 Dustproof test 6.7.1 Before the test, the luminous flux of the sample bulb shall be stabilized and its maximum luminous intensity shall be measured. 6.7.2 Install the headlights that have undergone the impact resistance test in the test box specified in Article 5.7.1 in the normal use state, and leave the box at least 150mm away. Inject 5kg of Portland cement into the test box, then spray air for 10s every 15min, 5 JB/T7159-93 so that the dust in the test box is diffused into a uniform state. At this time, the lamp is tested for 8h at intervals of 15min according to the specified test voltage. 6.7.3 After the test, remove the dust on the surface of the sample and measure its maximum luminosity. The luminosity reduction shall not exceed 10% compared with that before the test. This test is not performed on closed-type headlights.
