Type, basic parameters and dimensions
3.1 The enclosure protection level of the motor is IP44 (see GB4942.1). 3.2 The cooling method of the motor is IC0141 (see GB1993). 3.3 The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB3, IMB5, IMB6, IMB7, IMB8, IMB35, IMV1, IMV3, IMV5, IMV6, IMV15 and IMV36 (see GB997). 3.4 The motor rating is a continuous rating based on the continuous duty system (S1). 3.5 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V. 4.2 The motor shall be able to operate at rated value under the following altitude, ambient air temperature and ambient air relative humidity conditions. 4.2.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
4.2.2 The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but shall not exceed 40℃. Note: If the motor is specified to be used at an altitude exceeding 1000m or the ambient air temperature is higher or lower than 40℃, it shall comply with the provisions of GB755. 4.2.3. 4.10 The motor adopts Class B insulation. When the altitude and ambient air temperature meet the requirements of Article 4.2, the temperature rise limit of the motor stator winding (resistance method) is 80K, and the allowable temperature of the bearing (thermometer method) should not exceed 95℃. If the altitude or ambient air temperature of the test site is different from that specified in Article 4.2, the temperature rise limit shall be revised in accordance with the provisions of GB755. 4.11 The motor shall be able to withstand the maximum torque value specified in Article 4.7 of this standard (including tolerance) in the case of hot state and gradually increasing torque for 15 seconds without sudden change in speed, stoppage and harmful deformation. At this time, the voltage and frequency shall be maintained at the rated value. 4.12 The motor shall be able to withstand an increase in speed to 120% of its rated value for 2 minutes without harmful deformation under no-load conditions. 4.13 The insulation resistance of the motor stator winding shall not be less than 0.38MM in the hot state or after the temperature rise test. 4.14 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown. The frequency of the test voltage is 50Hz and it shall be as sinusoidal as possible: the effective value of the voltage is 1760V. When inspecting and testing motors produced continuously in large quantities on conveyor belts, the test time is allowed to be shortened to 1s, and the effective value of the test voltage is 2110V, and the test voltage should be applied suddenly. The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the inter-turn impulse withstand voltage test without breakdown, and the peak value of the test impulse voltage shall be in accordance with the specifications of JB/Z346. 4.15
