6 Inspection rules
6.1 All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items. Among them, the viscosity, fineness, non-volatile matter, drying temperature and time of the paint liquid, the color and appearance of the paint film, gloss, hardness, adhesion, and cupping are listed as factory inspection items. In normal production, type inspection is carried out once a year.
6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the manufacturer shall ensure that all products shipped meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity and, if necessary, instructions for use and precautions. 12
HG/T2005-91
6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If it is found that the quality does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
6.4 Products shall be sampled in accordance with GB3186. The samples shall be divided into two parts, one of which shall be sealed and stored for future reference, and the other shall be used as a sample for inspection. 6.5 Both the supplier and the buyer shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and markings. If any damage or leakage in the packaging, discrepancy in quantity, or non-compliance with the markings is found, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for handling. 6.6 In case of a dispute over product quality between the supplier and the buyer, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 7 Marking
Perform in accordance with GB9750.
8 Packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 Products shall be stored in clean, dry and sealed containers, with the filling amount not exceeding 95% of the volume. When storing the products, they shall be kept ventilated and dry, prevent direct sunlight, isolate from fire and stay away from heat sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts shall be made to cool it down. 8.2 The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and should comply with relevant regulations. 8.3 The product has an effective storage period of one year from the date of production under the storage and transportation conditions of 8.1 and 8.2. If the storage period is exceeded, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. 9 Safety, hygiene and environmental protection regulations
This product contains organic solvents such as xylene, butanol, ethylene glycol butyraldehyde, which are flammable liquids and have certain toxicity. Attention should be paid to ventilation at the construction site, and measures such as fire prevention, anti-static and poisoning prevention should be taken, and the safe operating procedures and relevant regulations for coating operations should be observed. The maximum allowable concentration of toxic substances in the air of the construction site and the fire and explosion prevention parameters are listed in Table 2: Table 2

Construction reference
(reference)
The refrigerator shell is sprayed after being dried at the phosphating place. In order to ensure the smoothness and physical and mechanical properties of the coating, the phosphating film is required to be clean and it is strictly forbidden to touch it with hands. The thickness of the phosphating film is preferably 8um. A2 Before spraying, adjust the temperature of the spray air to 20-30℃ to facilitate the leveling of the paint film. The leveling section between the spray booth and the drying tunnel should minimize the time that the coated object is exposed to the environment, otherwise the electrostatic effect of the coated object will absorb large dust and affect the smoothness of the paint film. A4 Before use, the viscosity of the paint should be adjusted with a matching special diluent to control it within 20~24s (Tu-4 viscometer). The two-spray and two-dry process is adopted, and the atomization degree of the second spray is required to be higher than the first. A5
The selection of chain speed should be determined according to the length of the drying tunnel, and the baking temperature must be 120~130℃ and the baking time must be 25~35A6
The exhaust pressure and temperature of the leveling section should be appropriate to make the paint film slightly sticky before the object enters the drying tunnel, otherwise the surface will dry too quickly and will be unfavorable for leveling. A7
