After batch production and trial sales, the shelf effect and market competitiveness of the packaging are inspected. 5.5 Design scheme appraisal
5.5.1 Confirm and appraise the scheme
5.5.1.1 According to the test analysis report and the information feedback of the trial sales inspection, analyze and study the design scheme. The scheme that does not need to be redesigned or improved shall be determined as the appraisal scheme: a. If redesign is required, it shall be carried out according to the procedures in Articles 5.4 to 6.4; b. If partial improvement is required, it shall be carried out according to the relevant parts of the above procedures. Then it shall be determined as the appraisal scheme and the appraisal documents shall be prepared. Mainly including:
Project task book or contract;
Appraisal scheme documents (drawings, design instructions and relevant technical documents); b. Test personnel and test analysis report;
Packaging samples and test samples;
Quality inspection documents submitted by the second-party inspection department; f. Test sales department and test materials submitted by consumers; Cost and economic benefit report, etc.
5.5.3 Appraisal item H shall be determined according to the regulatory documents on product packaging or proposed by the entrusting unit. The functionality, artistry, economy, creativity and feasibility of the packaging should be considered. 5.5.4 The appraisal committee shall be responsible for implementation. The appraisal committee shall be composed of relevant personnel from the entrusting unit, design unit, quality inspection unit, supply and marketing unit, and users. After the scheme is appraised and evaluated, the appraisal committee shall sign the evaluation results. 5.5.5 After the design unit improves the scheme according to the appraisal results, it shall organize and submit the appraisal documents, the appraisal committee's evaluation opinions, the scheme improvement report, etc. to the competent department and the entrusting unit.
