Table 1 Thiophanate smoke tablets control item indicators Thiophanate content, % Tablet mass, g Hexachlorobenzene content, % Heating loss, % pH range Ignition test Burn and smoke time, min Autoignition temperature, ℃ Smoke formation rate, % Drop and breakage rate, % Powder and fragments, % Accelerated storage testbzxZ.net 1Hexachlorobenzene, autoignition temperature and smoke formation rate are only tested once for the same batch of raw materials. 2 Strength and accelerated storage test Under normal production conditions, the test method shall be carried out at least once every three months 4.1 Sampling 25.0±1.0 or 50.0±2.0 Refer to the relevant provisions in GB/T1605-1979 (1989), and only one batch of samples shall be drawn, and the sampling volume shall not be less than 100g. Identification test Perform in accordance with 4.2 of GB18172.1-2000. 4.3 Determination of thiophanate-methyl content 4.3.1 Weigh and grind the sample containing 0.1g (accurate to 0.0002g) of thiophanate-methyl. Perform in accordance with 4.3 of GB18172.1-2000. 1-O-diphenylbenzene; 2-Tetrachloroterephthalonitrile; 3-Biothalonil 1 Gas chromatogram of thiophanate-methyl smoke tablets 4.3.2 Allowable difference GB18172.2--2000 The difference between two parallel determination results shall not exceed 0.3%. The arithmetic mean value shall be taken as the determination result. 4.4 Determination of hexachlorobenzene content Perform according to 4.4 of GB18172.1-2000. 1-Biothalonil; 2-Hexachlorobenzene Figure 2 High performance liquid chromatogram of hexachlorobenzene in thiophanate-methyl smoke tablets 4.5 Determination of heating loss Weigh 5.0g of the finely ground and mixed sample (accurate to 0.001g). Perform according to 4.5 of GB18172.1-2000. 4.6 Determination of pH range Take the finely ground and mixed sample in 4.3 and conduct the test according to GB/T1601. 4.7 Determination of ignition test and burning smoke time Weigh 50g of the sample (one or two complete pieces), place it in a sheltered place and ignite it. If there is no flame or extinguishing during the combustion process, it burns evenly and there is no residual explosion after combustion, the ignition test is qualified. The time from the time the sample is ignited and smokes to the time when it stops smoking is measured by a stopwatch as the burning smoke time. 4.8 Determination of spontaneous combustion temperature 4.8.1 Summary of method The sample is placed on the asbestos net (test bench) suspended in the beaker, and the thermometer is inserted into the asbestos net through the socket of the beaker cover. The lower part of the beaker is an electric furnace, and the spontaneous combustion temperature of the sample is measured under the continuous heating of the electric furnace. 4.8.2 Instruments and equipment The same as 4.9.2 in GB18172.1-2000. 4.8.3 Determination Weigh a sample of about 1.0g and place it in the center of the asbestos mesh test bench. Then insert the contact thermometer and mercury thermometer into the beaker through the two holes in the beaker cover, contact the test bench, and the two thermometer mercury balls are about 0.5cm away from the edge of the test bench. Adjust the contact thermometer knob to 100℃±5℃ at one time. After the temperature stabilizes, adjust the contact thermometer knob at a rate of 5℃~10℃ per minute. When it is close to smoking, adjust the contact thermometer knob at a rate of 1℃~2℃ per minute. Observe the mercury thermometer and the sample at the same time. At the moment when the sample smokes, the temperature indicated by the mercury thermometer is the auto-ignition temperature. 4.8.4 Allowable deviation GB18172.2--2000 The difference between the results of two parallel measurements shall not exceed 10℃C. Take the arithmetic mean as the measurement result. 4.9 Determination of smoke formation rate Weigh a block sample containing about 0.3g (accurate to 0.0002g) of thiophanate-methyl. Perform according to 4.10 of GB18172.1-2000. 4.10 Determination of drop breakage rate 4.10.1 Operation method Weigh a piece of sample (accurate to 0.1g), place it at a height of 0.5m above the smooth cement floor, let it fall freely to the ground with the flat surface facing the ground, and weigh the main body of the sample (the largest piece). Perform the test ten times in a row and take the average value as the test result. 4.10.2 Calculation of tablet drop breakage rate X1 (%) Calculate according to formula (1): X1 (%) = ml = m2 × 100 (1) Where: m1 - mass of the sample, g; m2 - mass of the main body of the sample after the test, g; x1 - the tablet drop breakage rate measured once for the sample, %; X1 - the average tablet drop breakage rate measured for the sample, %. 4.11 Determination of tablet mass, powder and fragments 4.11.1 Instrument Industrial balance: sensitivity 0.1 g. 4.11.2 Determination of tablet mass Gather 20 to 30 samples that are packaged intact and weigh them on an industrial balance. Record the mass of each piece. The average of the weighing results is the determination result. 4.11.3 Determination and calculation of powder and fragments Collect all powder and fragments from 20 to 30 samples that are packaged intact and weigh them on an industrial balance. Record their mass. The mass fraction of powder and powder flakes X2(%) is calculated according to formula (2): m1×100 X2(%)= Wherein, m1 is the mass of powder and fragments, g; m2 The mass of a sample, 8. 4.12 Accelerated storage test 4.12.1 Summary of method The product is aged at an accelerated rate through a pressurized hot storage test to predict the changes in product performance when stored at room temperature. 4.12.2 Test steps (2) Put a tablet sample of about 50g (or 25g) into a sealed plastic bag, place it in an oven, and store it at 54℃±2℃ for 14d. Take out the sample, put it in a desiccator, and let it cool to room temperature. Within 24h, complete the determination of the active ingredient content and smoke formation rate according to 4.3 and 4.9. The active ingredient content and smoke formation rate meet the requirements of this standard and are qualified. 4.13 Inspection and acceptance of products Should comply with the provisions of GB/T1604. The processing of limit values and the judgment of results shall adopt the rounded value comparison method in GB/T1250. 5 Marking, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation 5.1 The marking, labeling and packaging of chlorothalonil smoke tablets shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3796-1999. 4 GB18172.2—2000 5.2 This product is packed in paper box or plastic box lined with plastic bag, with net weight of 100g~200g per box, and outer packing is calcium plastic box or corrugated paper box, with net weight of no more than 10kg per box. 5.3 Other forms of packing can be used according to user requirements or order agreement, but they must comply with the provisions of GB3796. 5.4 The package should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse. 5.5 During storage and transportation, strictly prevent moisture and sunlight, do not mix with food, seeds, feed, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and prevent inhalation through the mouth and nose. 5.6 Safety: This product is a low-toxic preparation.
