Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the main performance requirements, test procedures and test report contents of the test equipment used in the static load stacking test of transport packages. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the compressive strength of transport packages when stacking or the protection of the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests. Replaces GB4857.3—84
This standard is equivalent to ISO2234—1985 "Packaging-Complete, filled transport packages-Static load stacking test". 1 Subject content and scope of application
2 Reference standards
GB/T4857.1 Method of marking various parts during the test of packaging and transport packages GB/T4857.2 Temperature and humidity adjustment treatment of packaging and transport packages GB/T4857.17 Preparation of performance test outline for packaging and transport packages General principles GB/T4857.18 Preparation of performance test outline for packaging and transport packages Quantitative data 3 Test principle
Place the test sample on a horizontal plane and apply a uniform load on it. 4 Test equipment
4.1 Horizontal surface
The horizontal surface should be flat and hard. The height difference between any two points shall not exceed 2mm. If it is a concrete floor, its thickness shall not be less than 150mm. 4.2 Loading devicewwW.bzxz.Net
The loading device shall be determined according to the selected method (method 1, method 2 or method 3), see Articles 4.2.1 to 4.2.3. 4.2.1 Method 1: Group of packages
Each package in the group shall be identical to the test sample under test. The number of packages shall be determined by their total mass to achieve the appropriate load.
4.2.2 Method 2: Free loading plate
The plate shall be able to be freely adjusted to balance on the test sample together with the appropriate load. The load and the loading plate may also be...an integral whole.
When the loading plate is placed at the center of the top of the package sample, its dimensions shall be at least 100 mm larger than the top surface of the package on all sides. The plate shall be rigid enough to ensure that it can fully bear the load without deformation. 4.2.3 Method 3: Guided loading plate
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 4, 1992 256
Implementation on February 1, 1993
GB/T 4857.3-92
Guiding measures should be adopted to ensure that the lower surface of the plate can always remain horizontal together with the appropriate load. The measures adopted should not cause friction and affect the test results.
When the loading plate is placed at the center of the top of the test sample, its size should be at least 100mm larger than the top surface of the package on all sides. The plate should be hard enough to ensure that it can fully bear the load without deformation. 4.3 Deflection test device
The error of all deflection test devices should be accurate to ±1mm. 4.4 Safety facilities
During the test, attention should be paid to the stability and safety of the applied load. For this purpose, a set of stable test facilities must be provided, and in the event of danger, the load should be controlled to prevent harm to nearby personnel. 5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
Prepare test samples according to the requirements of GB/T4857.17. 5.2 Numbering of test sample parts
Number the test sample parts according to the requirements of GB/T4857.1. 5.3 Temperature and humidity pretreatment of test samples
Select a condition for temperature and humidity pretreatment of test samples according to the requirements of GB/T4857.2. 5.4 Temperature and humidity conditions during the test
The test should be carried out under the same temperature and humidity conditions as the pretreatment. If the same conditions cannot be achieved, the test must be carried out under atmospheric conditions as close as possible.
5.5 Selection of test intensity value
Select the test intensity value according to the provisions of GB/T4857.18. 5.6 Test steps
5.6.1 Record the temperature and humidity of the test site.
5.6.2 Place the test sample on a horizontal plane in the predetermined state, and then place the load package group or free loading plate or guided loading plate at the center of the top surface of the test sample. 5.6.3 If method 2 or method 3 is used, place the heavy object as the load on the loading plate without causing impact, and make it evenly contact the loading plate to ensure that the center of gravity of the load is just above the center of the top surface of the package. The error between the total mass of the heavy object and the loading plate and the predetermined value should be within ±2%. The distance between the center of gravity of the load and the top of the loading plate shall not exceed 50% of the height of the test sample. If the test is special loading, a suitable mock-up can be placed above or below the test sample, or both above and below as needed. 5.6.4 The load should be maintained for a predetermined duration or until the package is crushed. 5.6.5 During the test, the deformation of the test sample shall be recorded according to the predetermined test plan. If necessary, the deformation of the test sample can also be measured at any time.
5.6.6 Remove the load, and check the damage of the transport package and the contents according to the relevant standards, and analyze the test results. 6 Test report
The test report should include the following contents:
Name, specification, model, quantity, etc. of the contents; a.
b. The number of test samples and the state of placement; detailed description: the name, size, structure and material specifications of the packaging container, cushioning, support, fixing method, sealing, bundling state and t
