Parallel-line full-length shears Figure 3 Serrated blade full-length window shears 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Hardness Q/T2289.5--2001 The blade hardness of the hedge shears is 43HRC~48HRC. 4.2 Performance 4.2.1 The shear head should be flexible to open and close, the shear handle must be firmly assembled, the buckle is tight, and there is no grinding or pinching of the hand. 4.2.2 The shear blade should be sharp, the blade line should be neat, there is no chipping or curling, and the shear blade should be tightly closed. 4.3 Surface quality 4.3.1 The surface of the whole shear should be smooth, without burrs, cracks, flash, oxide scale and other defects. 4.3.2 The surface roughness of each part of the whole shear should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Surface roughness 4.3.3 When the handle of the trimming shear is decorated with plastic or organic paint, its surface should be uniform and bright, without adhesion, dripping and obvious flow marks. 4.3.4 The surface of the trimming shear should be polished, blackened or other surface treatments.
