ICS25.020 Standard of the Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China JB/T5109-2001 Technological design specification of bending for sheet metal2001-06-04Promulgated China Machinery Industry Federation 2001-10-01Implementation JB/T5109—2001 This standard is a revision of B/T5109-1991 "Technological design specification of bending for sheet metal". The main parts of the technical content supplement and revision are: - Some material grades in Table 1 and Table 2 are marked with the new national standard. The unreasonable phenomenon of using the same symbol to represent different parameters is corrected. This standard replaces JB/T5109—1991 from the date of implementation. Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are both standard appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Forging Standardization. This standard was drafted by Xi'an Jiaotong University and Xiyi Group Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are Guo Cheng, Chu Jiayou, Yang Tongxin and Guo Wenlai. This standard was first issued in July 1991 and this is the first revision. 1 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technological design specification df bnding for sheetmetal Scope This standard specifies the process parameters and specifications required for the design of sheet metal bending process. This standard applies to the cold bending of sheet metal on a press. Referenced Standards JB/T5109—2001 Replaces JB/T5109—1991 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: GB/T 4863—1985 GB/T 13914—1992 GB/T13915—1992 GB/T 139161992 GB/T15055—1994 3 Structural processability of press-bent parts 3.1 Press-bend radius 3.1.1 Marking of press-bend radius Basic terms of mechanical manufacturing technology Dimensional tolerance of stamping parts Angular tolerance of stamping parts Shape and position of stamping parts without tolerances Limit deviation of dimensions of stamping parts without tolerances When marking the dimensions of press-bend parts, the inner fillet radius should be given. 3.1.2 Minimum bending radius The minimum bending radius is the radius of the inner corner of the part that can be bent under the condition that the outer fiber of the rough surface does not crack. The minimum bending radius is only used when necessary. In other cases, the bending radius should be appropriately enlarged. The minimum bending radius of commonly used materials is shown in Table 1. JB/T5109—2001 Table 1 (complete) bending line perpendicular to rolling grain bending line parallel to rolling grain 2the values in the table apply to the following conditions: the raw materials are in the delivery state, 90°V-shaped correction bending, the rough plate thickness is less than 20mm, and the bright band of the rough shear section is outside the bend. 2 Width is greater than 3 times the plate thickness,bzxZ.net 3.1.3 Bending radius series Preferred series for the inner fillet radius of the bending parts: JB/T 5109—2001 01,02.03,05,08.10,1215.20.25,3.4.5,6,8,1012,15.20,25.30,3540,45,50,63,80,100mm. 3.2 Minimum bending height In order to ensure the bending quality of the workpiece, the straight edge of the bending part should not be less than the minimum bending height. When the bending is at a right angle (Figure 1), the minimum bending edge height hm is as shown in formula (1): 3.3 Minimum hole margin distance When there is a hole near the bending edge, the distance from the hole to the bending edge should not be less than the minimum hole margin distance. When the bending is at a right angle (Figure 2), the minimum hole margin distance Imimn is as shown in formula (2): min=+2t 3.4 Symmetry of shape and size In order to ensure the bending quality of the workpiece, the shape and size of the bent part should be as symmetrical as possible, as shown in Figure 3, R=R2, R=R4. Figure 2 3.5 Width at the bending point When the sheet metal is bent, the cross-sectional shape of the deformation zone is distorted (Figure 4), the width of the inner surface is bi>b, and the width of the outer surface is b Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
