This standard is compiled according to the needs of the development of domestic industrial production, and refers to the relevant contents of standards HG5—38-79 "Sugar Glass Distillation Tank", HG5-1231-79 "Sugar Glass Distillation Tank Body", and HG5-39—79 "Tang Glass Steaming Tank Cover". This standard expands the product series, with 10 volume specifications from 300 liters to 8000 liters. There are three types of volume structures available: 1. Open (K type) with jacket, suitable for steam heating; 2. Closed (F type) with jacket, suitable for steam heating; 3. Half-pipe (P type) with half-pipe jacket, suitable for liquid heating. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace HG5-38-79, HG-1231-79, HG5-39-79.
This standard is proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tang Glass Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. Glass distillation vessels specified in this standard are used for nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.25MPa, nominal volume 300L to 8000L, nominal pressure less than or equal to 0.6MPa in the jacket, and medium temperature in the vessel is higher than 0℃ and lower than 200℃. 2 Referenced standards

3 Type, basic parameters, main dimensions
3.1 Type and basic parameters
3.1.1 The type and nozzle orientation are shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3, and the basic parameters are shown in Tables 1 to 4. 3.1.2 Glass distillation vessels are divided into three types: K type, F type and P type. K type and F type are jacketed and suitable for steam heating (Figures 1 and 2), and P type is semi-tube type and suitable for liquid heating (Figure 3). 31.3 The installation support of the glass distillation vessel can refer to the ear support (JB/T4725) or the support support (B/T4724), which is selected by the user.
3.1.4 The size of the thermometer cover for the glass distillation vessel is selected in accordance with HG/T2058.1, among which type A is a general structure thermometer cover and type B is a thermometer cover with a rapid temperature measurement device.
3.1.5 Tan glass distillation container According to the use requirements, DN≤1100mm can be equipped with Tan glass flat cover hand hole (HG/T2145.1), sugar glass quick opening hand hole (HG/T2145.3), DN≥1200mm can be equipped with glass manhole (HG/T2055.1) and Tan glass manhole with balancer (HG/T≤055.3, selected by the user.

4.1 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of glass steaming containers shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB150 and HG2432 standards, and the product quality classification shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2638 standards.
4.2 All accessories of glass distillation containers, such as hand holes, high neck flanges, clamps,Loose flanges, gaskets, pipe openings, sight glasses, manhole flanges, flange covers, etc. must comply with the relevant provisions of the sugar glass parts industry standards issued in 1991 and 1992. 4.3 Before shipping the complete glass steam storage container, it must be inspected according to user requirements, such as high voltage re-inspection at delivery. 5 Labels, factory documents, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Product labels, factory documents, packaging, and transportation shall comply with Chapter 9 of HG2432-1993. 5.2 Before shipping, the container should be well kept to prevent erosion by rain, snow and corrosive media, and it is generally not allowed to be stored in the open.
