The pipeline of the lubrication device should be cleaned, unobstructed, and without leakage. The motor power of the press machine when it is running idle shall not be greater than 15% of the rated power. When the press machine is running idle, the temperature rise of the roller bearing shall not exceed 20°C, and there shall be no sudden rise. 4.13 When the press machine is running under load, the temperature rise of the roller bearing shall not exceed 40°C. 4.14 The appearance quality of the press machine shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1541. The paint quality of the press machine shall comply with the provisions of ZBG95010. 4.15 5 Safety requirements 5.1 Emergency brake control devices shall be installed at the front and rear of the press machine. After braking, the roller shall not continue to rotate more than 1/4 of the circumference of the drum. 5.2 The press machine shall run smoothly. No abnormal vibration: The noise sound pressure level during operation shall not be greater than 80dB (A). 5.3 The transmission parts of the press machine exposed outside the machine shall have protective devices. 6 Test method Idle running test After the whole machine passes the general assembly inspection, an idle running test of no less than 2h (each movable roller runs for 0.5h respectively) shall be carried out. 6.1.1 6.1.2. The following items shall be checked in the idle running test: 8. Measure the linear speed of the roller; According to the provisions of Article 4.8, check the switching flexibility of the turntable and the reliability of the locking device; check the motor power value: d., check the roller bearing temperature according to the provisions of Article 4.12: e. Check the reliability of the installation device according to the provisions of Article 5.1: Measure the noise level with a sound level meter, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2. 6.2 Load running test The load running test can only be carried out after the idle running test is passed. 6.2.1 The load operation test time shall not be less than 2h, and the following items shall be checked: 6.2.2 The heating and cooling piping system shall not leak under working pressure: The overflow of roller bearing shall be measured with a point overflow meter, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.13: The noise sound pressure level shall be measured with a sound level meter, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2. 7 Inspection rules 7.1 Factory inspection 7.1.1 Each product must be inspected before leaving the factory. 7.1.2. The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with 6.1, 4.14 and 4.15 and shall comply with their provisions. 7.1.3 Each product shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before it can be shipped out. When it leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by the product instruction manual and quality certificate, etc. Standard Exchange Network m ccce7.2 Type inspection HG/T2147-91 7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the standard and shall comply with its provisions. 7.2.2 Type inspection is required in any of the following situations: a., trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; when the product has major changes in design, structure, material and process; b. When the product has been discontinued for more than 3 years and is resumed; during normal production, at least one unit shall be inspected each year. When the random inspection fails, two more units should be sampled: if there is still one unit that fails, the batch of products should be inspected one by one after clarifying the reasons. 8 Marking, Packaging, transportation, storage Each machine should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. The label type, size and technical requirements should comply with the provisions of JB8 8.1 8.2 The basic content on the product label should include: s. Manufacturer name and trademark; Product name; Product model or mark: d.·Manufacturing date and product number (or production batch number). 8.3 The packaging quality of the machine should comply with the provisions of HG·5--1543. 8.4 The packaging and transportation labels of the machine should comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388. 8.5 The machine should be stored in a dry and ventilated place before installation to avoid moisture. Rain protection measures should be taken for outdoor storage. 9 Under the condition that the user complies with the requirements of transportation, storage, installation and use, and unpacks and accepts the product within 3 months after arrival, the manufacturer shall bear the warranty period of 18 months from the date of arrival of the product.
