Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Circular arc tooth synchronous belt transmission 1 Subject content and scope of application JB/T 7512.2—94 This standard specifies the type, gear tooth size and limit deviation, gear wheel size and limit deviation, shape and position tolerance and marking of the belt wheel in the circular arc tooth synchronous belt transmission. This standard applies to the belt wheel in the circular arc tooth synchronous belt transmission for general industrial use. 2 Referenced standards GB11357 Pulley material, surface roughness and balance 3 Pulley groove type and gear tooth size The belt wheel groove type is 3M, 5M, 8M, 14M and 20M. 3.1 Shape and size of gear teeth The gear tooth shape, basic size and limit deviation of the belt wheel of the circular arc tooth synchronous belt transmission are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.
