3.2 Marking example
J0 type vacuum rubber seal has a nominal diameter of d=50mm, marked as: JO type seal.d50JB1091
3.3 Technical requirements for JO type vacuum rubber seal 3.3.1 The working medium is mechanical pump oil, diffusion pump oil or vacuum grease. 3.3.2 The working temperature is 25 to 1080℃.
3.3.3 When working under the condition of protective gas filling, the protective gas pressure shall not exceed 5×10*Pa. 3.3.4 The physical and mechanical properties of the rubber material shall ensure that the vacuum chamber pressure is not higher than 1×10-4Pa. 3.3.5JO type vacuum rubber sealing ring working surface is not allowed to have bubbles, impurities and concave and convex defects, and the appearance quality of its non-working surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
