1 Subject content and scope of application
SY /T 5218- 91
This standard specifies the high temperature test conditions and methods for the Shishan Exploration and Development Instrument products (hereinafter referred to as products). This standard applies to high temperature tests on products during the development and production process to determine the environmental adaptability of the products during transportation, storage and use. The standard is also applicable to the inspection and quality assessment of the products. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Product grouping
According to the temperature conditions of the transportation, storage and use environment of petroleum exploration instrument products, the products are divided into 4 groups according to the following table, environmental
Test items
Highest storage temperature, record
Highest working temperature,
value is 33.
3.2 Grouping environment
Group A1: Air-conditioned environment with automatic temperature control (including indoor and instrument vehicle).
A2: Environment with general air conditioning (but not constant temperature control) equipment (including indoor and instrument vehicle). Group A3: Indoor or outdoor instrument environment without temperature regulation. Group A4: Non-downhole instrument well environment or environment with a temperature exceeding 55℃ 3.3 Determination of the maximum working temperature of Group A4 3.3.1 For downhole instrument products. Its temperature can be estimated according to the following formula: t=t, +hL/100
Where: {——highest downhole operating temperature,
to——ground temperature, ℃;

3.3.2 If the milk fruit product standard specifies the maximum operating temperature, the value shall be in accordance with the product standard. 3.3.3 For other products other than measuring instruments or when the product standards of measuring instruments do not specify, if the ambient temperature required for the test exceeds 55℃, the following temperatures should be used first:
+60℃. +70℃, +85℃, +100℃, +125℃, +155℃ (150℃), +175℃, +200℃.4 Test Equipment
4.1 The test chamber should have a large enough volume for the product under test, at least twice the volume of the product under test. 4.2 The temperature in the test chamber should be uniform, and the temperature difference between the internal parts should be: when the test temperature is lower than 100℃ (including 100℃): the tolerance is ±3℃; when the test temperature is higher than 100℃, the tolerance is ±5℃. 4.3 The heat transfer coefficient of the bracket used to support the product in the test chamber should be as small as possible. 5 Test method

5.2 Initial test
5.2.1 The initial test is carried out under normal atmospheric conditions. The specified temperature of normal atmospheric conditions is 15~35℃ (usually called room temperature). 5.2.2 Before the temperature test begins, the appearance inspection and mechanical and electrical performance tests should be carried out according to the technical standards of the tested products.
5.3 Test
5.3.1 Put the tested products after the initial test into the test box, and turn on the power to make the products run. 5.3.2 Adjust the temperature of the test box to the high temperature required by the test. The temperature in the box should rise evenly. The rate of temperature rise should be controlled at 1±0.2℃/min (average value within 5min)), and the performance test should be carried out as needed. 5.3.2.1 When performing the storage temperature test, no performance test is performed and no power is turned on. 5.3.2.2 During the temperature rise process, according to the requirements of the product standard, a performance test is performed at a certain temperature point with equal intervals. If there is no clear requirement in the product standard, no performance test is required. 5.3.3 When the temperature of the test box reaches the required value, the temperature is kept stable and tested. 5.3.3.1 When performing the storage temperature test, the product should be stored in the box for no less than 4 hours. 5.3.3.2 When performing the high temperature test, the performance test is performed regularly according to the requirements of the product standard. 2
SY/T521891
5.3.3.3 The time for the power-on test at the highest operating temperature can be selected from 2, 4, 8, and 16 hours for products in groups A1, A2, and A3 according to the requirements of the test. For products in group A4, it can be selected within 0.5 to 2 hours. 5.3.4 At the end of the operation test at the maximum operating temperature (power on), the temperature in the test box should be gradually reduced to a certain temperature value (or room temperature) under normal atmospheric conditions, and the rate of temperature reduction should not exceed 1+0.2C/min. The power can be turned off and the machine can be stopped during the cooling process, and no performance test is required.
5.3.5 The recovery and final inspection shall comply with the following provisions: 5.3.5.1 To reduce the product temperature to a certain temperature value (or room temperature) under normal atmospheric conditions, the thermal equilibrium time is generally 1h. 5.3.5.2 After the thermal equilibrium is restored, the product appearance shall be inspected and tested, requiring no rust, no cracks, no damage to the coating layer, and clear text and markings; flexible control mechanism; no loosening of fastening parts; no blistering, no cracking, no deformation of plastic parts; no damage to the outside of the device, etc.
5.3.5.3 After the thermal balance is restored, the product should be powered on again for final testing, and its electrical performance should comply with the provisions of the product standard. 5.4 Test report
Prepare the test report in accordance with the requirements of the product standard and relevant regulations. 5.5 High temperature test of group A4 products
The number of high temperature tests of group A4 products should be reduced as much as possible. When a long-term operation test is required under the highest operating temperature (exceeding the time specified in 5.3.3.3), the highest operating temperature should be reduced by 10% and a secondary test should be conducted at the highest temperature to check the product's function at the highest operating temperature. Additional instructions:
