3.1 Gold foil is classified into 98 gold foil, 77 gold foil, and 74 gold foil according to its gold content. 3.2 Product specifications (length × width): 93.3mm×93.3mm, 83.3mm×83.3mm, 44.5mm×44.5mm. 3.3 Special varieties are subject to the requirements of the order contract.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Product appearance
Products in the same batch shall have no obvious color difference, neat edges and corners, and no obvious damage; there shall be no more than one 1mm2 sand hole in each 20cm2 foil. 4.2 The gold content of the product shall comply with the following regulations. The gold content of the 98 gold foil is 98%±1%;
The gold content of the 77 gold foil is 77%±1%;
The gold content of the 74 gold foil is 74%±1%.

5.2 The gold content of the product shall be determined according to the method of GB/T9288. 5.3 Product specifications: Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure the side length of the product on the backing paper. 5.4 The thickness of the product shall be determined according to the method of QB/T1135, or measured and calculated by weight according to the method of QB/T1133. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products shall be inspected and qualified by the factory quality inspection department according to this standard and accompanied by a product certificate before they can leave the factory. 6.2 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2.1 The factory inspection items are 4.1 and 4.3, and all inspections are carried out. 6.2.2 Under normal circumstances, type inspection is carried out once a year, and samples are drawn from qualified products of factory inspection. The sampling plan adopts the one-time sampling plan of GB/T2829, and the discrimination level, sample number, technical requirements, test method, unqualified quality level (RQL), and judgment array A. and R. are as specified in Table 2.
