Traffic Safety of Vehicles on the Well and on the Way
This standard is specially formulated to ensure the safety of oil well logging construction, improve the efficiency, economic benefits and management level of operation. This standard specifies the safety construction requirements for oil well logging production preparation, on-site operations, etc. based on the characteristics of oil well logging. This standard is proposed and managed by the Oil Industry Safety Professional Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by the Well Logging Company of the North China Petroleum Administration Bureau. The main drafters of this standard are Zhou Yuping, Xu Fengshui, Yang Fengyu, Chen Jianshe, Zhang Yong. 1 Scope. The standard of the People's Republic of China on petroleum and natural gas industry stipulates the safety requirements for petroleum logging and production preparation, current operations, etc. This standard applies to wellbore, casing and logging operations. 2 Referenced standards. 5 On-site construction safety requirements
SY5726-1995
5.1: Before the surveying, the team leader should learn about the underground conditions in detail from the drilling team (operation team, oil production team) according to the requirements of the well logging construction order, formulate a construction plan and safety measures. At the pre-shift meeting, the team leader should give a detailed explanation to all team members and share the relevant data. Inform the instrument and winch operators in writing.
Oil pressure, casing pressure and the working status of each valve of the Christmas tree should be observed for production wells and water injection wells. 5.2 During logging operations, logging personnel should wear labor protection equipment and wear safety helmets when going to the drilling platform. 5.3 The exhaust pipe of the logging vehicle engine should be equipped with a flame arrester. When logging, the placement of the vehicle should fully consider the wind direction to prevent the exhaust gas emitted by the car and the harmful gas leaked from the logging from causing harm to the operators.
The winch cover wood should be placed well. When constructing complex wells, the winch should be reinforced to prevent the winch from sliding backward. 5.4 The logging vehicle is well grounded, and the circuit system should not have short circuits and leakage. The insulation resistance is not less than 20M. 5.5 The connection of the external power supply should be supervised by someone: cut off the power first and then connect the wires: if the power cannot be cut off, stand on an insulating material. On, with insulation sleeve wiring.
5.6 The winch and the wellhead should maintain good communication. Night construction: The well site should ensure lighting 5.7 When conducting production well logging and operation, the connection and sealing conditions of the wellhead blowout preventer, instrument anti-drop device and other parts should be checked before opening the wellhead valve.
5.8 When opening and closing various valves for production logging, you should stand on the side of the valve. When starting and closing, it should be done slowly, and the valve can be fully opened only after the upper and lower pressures of the valve are balanced.
5.9 During the logging operation of the pumping unit: the logging personnel are not allowed to approach the pumping unit. When installing and disassembling the logging port: the pumping unit should stop working. 5.10 During the logging operation: the drilling and logging team (operation team, oil production team) should assign a dedicated person to match the platform, and the logging personnel should not use the drilling (operation) equipment. ||tt ||During the surveying operation, other operations not related to the surveying are not allowed on the drilling platform or the drilling platform. 5.12 The electrodes and instruments for going down the well should be correctly connected, firm and reliable. When people go out of the well, there should be a special person to direct the well. 5.13 When loading and unloading the radioactive source at the well, the wellhead should be covered first, and the tools should not be placed on the turntable. 5.14 No one should stand behind the winch when the cable is in the well: when the cable is running, the cable should not be touched or crossed. 5.15 After the instrument is lowered, when the lowering is normal, the cable in the open hole section should not be stationary for more than 3mlin. The speed of the single instrument should be uniform: it should not exceed 6km/h, and it should be slowed down 501m from the bottom of the well: when the instrument is lifted up and passes through the casing shoe, the starting speed should not exceed 800m/lh. Start to slow down when it is 50m1 from the wellhead, and switch to slow gear 2511 from the wellhead to pull out. 5.16 During production logging, the instrument is lifted up and decelerated 300m from the parallel port. When it is 50m1 from the wellhead, the cable is pulled up to lift the instrument. After confirming that all the instruments have entered the blowout preventer: close the anti-drop device; before disassembling the parallel port device, all valves should be closed tightly and the residual pressure in the blowout preventer should be released. When performing logging operations in the annulus of the oil-producing tube, the eccentric wellhead turntable should be checked for flexibility. An anti-entanglement device can be added to the tail of the tubing column. The instrument lifting and lowering speed should not exceed 9010m/11. If the cable is found to be entangled with the tubing, the eccentric wellhead should be rotated first to untangle it. 5.17 When lifting the cable, the winch operator should pay attention to the change in tension. If the tension suddenly increases to more than 5kN, the cable should be lowered in time, and the cable should be moved up and down. The cable can be lifted only after the tension is normal. 5.18 During winter logging construction, steam or hot water should be used to remove ice on the pulley and cable in time. In addition, no other operations should be carried out when the winch and pulley are running.
5.19 During logging operations: the drilling fluid on the rig turntable and the rig working surface should be cleared in time. 5.20 In complex logging operations, a construction plan should be prepared in advance and construction can only be carried out after approval by the competent department. Each time the downhole instrument encounters an obstruction, the obstruction line should be recorded. The drilling team should not conduct logging operations until it encounters an obstruction three times in the same well section. 5.21 When the instrument is stuck, the logging team should be notified immediately and reported to the competent department. During the unblocking process, the maximum net tension allowed by the logging team should not exceed 75% of the rated breaking force of the tension rod. If it still cannot be unblocked, the cable should be tightened with equal tension and unblocking measures should be further studied. 5.22 When handling a stuck accident and lifting the cable: except for the person in charge of command, the drilling and logging personnel should evacuate to the duty room and the car, and other personnel should evacuate the well site. SY 5726-1995 5.23 During the logging process, if the well is blocked, the downhole instrument or electrode should be slowly lifted through the high-pressure formation, and then quickly lifted out and the logging operation should be stopped. 5.24 When encountering special logging operations such as sulfide oxygen gas, a logging plan should be formulated, and the logging operation can only be carried out after approval. 525 In case of severe weather such as wind of level 7 or above, storm, thunder and lightning, fog, etc., the logging operation should be suspended; if the logging operation is in progress, the instrument should be lifted into the casing: 5.26 The load of the instrument loader using an electric heater shall not exceed 3kW. Do not use electric furnaces that directly dissipate heat through electric heating wires: When using electric heaters on winches, pull the power cord alone and keep away from flammable objects; when no one is on the vehicle, cut off the power supply and put the electric heater in a safe place. 5.27 During logging operations, the fire safety system of the well site should be followed. 6 Traffic safety of vehicles on the way up and back
6.1 Before leaving the vehicle, the team leader should give a safe driving speech and explain the correct driving route. 6.2 When driving in a team vehicle, keep a safe distance and take care of each other; when driving long distances, stop and check in the middle. 6.3 When encountering icy and snowy roads, passing bridges or wading, as well as windy, snowy, rainy and foggy weather, you should slow down and, if necessary, explore the road first to ensure driving safety
6.4 After the site, vehicles should be inspected, maintained and inspected in time.
