This standard applies to clamp cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) with vertical clamps as the picking device, which are used to pick up steel ingots and steel bars and send them to the soaking furnace for heating.

Except for the following requirements, other technical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions in JB/T7688.1. 3.1 Environmental conditions
The minimum working environment temperature of the crane is -10℃ and the maximum is not more than +65℃. 3.2 Performance
3.2.1 The rated lifting capacity of the crane is the mass of the object to be clamped. 3.2.2 If the user needs, it is allowed to use a clamp to hold the cleaning rod to scrape the slag at the bottom of the soaking furnace. 3.3 Metal structure materials
The materials of the guide frame and clamp rod (column) of the crane shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 of JB/T7688.1. 3.4 Main parts
3.4.1 The material of the vertical transmission square shaft of the clamp rod slewing mechanism shall not be lower than 45. steel in GB699. 3.4.2 When the trolley is guided by horizontal wheels, the material of the horizontal wheels shall not be lower than 45 steel, the hardness of the tread shall be 280~300HBS, and the hardness at a depth of 20mm shall be 240HBS.

When the guide frame adopts a simple structure, the requirements for the simple body shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.3.1 of JB/T7688.2. 3.4.4.4 After the upper and lower beam guide rails (on the guide frame) are fixed, their center lines should be parallel to the center lines of the guide frame, and their parallelism error should not exceed 3mm. The distance deviation of the top surface of the track is 34mm in the longitudinal direction and 0 in the transverse direction. The verticality of the top surface of the track is level 8. The maximum allowable value of the top surface roughness R. is 6.3μm.
3.4.5 After the open large gear of the rotating mechanism and the guide slide plate in the square hole of the lower beam are fixed, their center lines should be parallel to the center line of the guide square hole, and the parallelism error should not exceed 0.3mm. The symmetry error of the distance between the slide plate and the center line of the guide square hole should not exceed 0.5mm, and the distance deviation of the top surface of the symmetrical slide plate is mm.
For the distance deviation of the top surface of the guide rail plate used for the upper and lower beams, the longitudinal direction is _2mm and the lateral direction is mm. The verticality of the top surface of the slide rail plate is level 8. The maximum allowable value of the top surface roughness R is 6.3μm. 3.4.6 Clamp rod
3.4.6.1 The straightness of the clamp rod shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.4.1 of JB/T7688.2. 3.4.6.2 For the clamp rod guide slide rail plate, the distance deviation of each group of top surfaces is °mm, the parallelism of the symmetrical top surfaces is not greater than 0.4mm, the symmetry error between the top surface and the center line of the clamp rod is not greater than 0.5mm, and the verticality tolerance of the top surface is level 8. The maximum allowable value of the top surface roughness R is 3.2μm.
3.4.7 Clamping device
3.4.7.1 Clamp frame
The material of the clamp frame shall not be lower than ZG270-500 steel in GB11352. The casting shall eliminate internal stress. The casting shall not have cracks, pores, shrinkage holes, looseness and other defects that affect the performance; b. The roller guide sliding groove of the clamp frame shall be curved. If the size of the clamped steel ingot or plate does not change much, a sliding groove with a straight line segment is allowed. For a large range of changes, a broken line sliding groove can also be used, but the required clamping force must be met; c. The rolling plate material in the roller guide sliding groove of the clamp frame shall not be lower than 45 steel in GB699, and the hardness shall not be less than 45HRC. The internal stress of the plate shall be eliminated after welding. The maximum allowable value of the roughness R of the lower rolling contact surface after groove processing is 3.2μm, and the maximum allowable value of the roughness R of the upper rolling contact surface is 25μm.
3.4.7.2 When the material of the pliers is cast, its material shall not be lower than ZG230-450 steel. When welded, it shall not be lower than Q235-B steel in GB700 or 16Mn steel in GB1591. The defects of castings shall comply with the requirements of 3.4.7.1a. 3.4.7.3 The dimensions of the left and right parts of the center line of the pliers and the pliers frame shall ensure symmetry and ensure that there is no jamming after assembly. 3.4.7.4 The pin and guide roller shaft of the clamp shall be made of 42CrMo steel not lower than GB3077. 3.4.7.5 The material of the guide roller of the clamp shall be not lower than GCr15SiMn steel in YB9, with a rolling surface hardness of 60~64HRC and a depth of 4~6mm.
3.4.7.6 The material of the clamp teeth should not be lower than 45 steel, and the head should be welded with wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy. The welding rod used should not be lower than EDCrNi-A-15 in GB984, and the thickness of the layer should be 5-8mm, and there should be no cracks. 3.5 Assembly
The assembly diagram of the clamp crane trolley is shown in Figures 1 and 2. 3.5.1 When the guide frame is connected to the trolley frame, the verticality of the guide frame center line to the trolley wheel support surface shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.5.1 of JB/T7688.2. If the trolley frame and the guide frame are connected with high-strength bolts, there should be at least two locating pins on each side that match the holes. 3.5.2 The reducer and open large gear for the slewing mechanism should be fixed to the base. Its requirements are the same as Article 3.5.8 of JB/T7688.2. 3.5.3 The guide rails on the upper and lower beams should be parallel to the center line of the guide frame, and the parallelism error should not exceed 3mm over the entire length. 3.5.4 The gap between the top surface of the guide rail in the guide frame and the top surface of the upper and lower beam rails is 11.5mm on each side, and the gap should be uniform, without blocking when sliding up and down. www.bzxz.net
3.5.5 The square shaft and the square shaft hole of the lower beam should be matched so that the lower beam can slide freely on the square shaft without blocking. 3.5.6
After the anti-tilt roller on the guide frame is installed, the gap between its rolling tread and the lower flange plate of the main beam is the same as 3.5.9 in JB/T7688.2.
3.5.7 When the lower beam is lifted to the highest position, the deflection of the lower end of the square shaft without support should not exceed 1.5mm. 26

3.5.8 The chain for opening and closing the clamp shall not be entangled or stuck in the clamp frame. 3.5.9 The left and right halves of the clamp shall be symmetrical to the center, and the hinge rotation and roller rolling shall be flexible. 3.6 Safety and hygiene
3.6.1 The worm gear reducer for the slewing mechanism on the trolley shall be equipped with an overload limiting device, and its limit torque shall comply with Article 3.7.1 of JB/T7688.2.

3.7 Lubrication
It is recommended to use centralized lubrication for the mechanism in the guide frame, and dry oil lubrication is used for the guide rails or slides of the guide rods and the upper and lower beams. Test
Visual inspection
In addition to the relevant provisions in JB/T7688.1, the visual inspection of the crane should also inspect the guide frame, clamp rod and clamp device system.
4.2 Qualification test
During the test, the rated lifting weight can be loaded at one time. Perform action tests in all directions at standard voltage and rated speed of the motor. In addition to verifying the contents specified in Article 4.2 of JB/T7688.1, the items listed in Table 1 should also be included. 28

Limit deviation
When the crane is subjected to static load test, it shall be loaded at 1.4G. The test load shall be applied to the clamp. Others shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.3.1 of JB/T7688.1.
4.3.2 Dynamic load test
In addition to the relevant provisions of Article 4.3.2 of JB/T7688.1, the dynamic load test of the crane shall also meet the following requirements: During the test, load at 1.2G, use the clamp to clamp the entire steel ingot equivalent to 1.2G, and test the clamp's clamping capacity and the dynamic load function of the main lifting mechanism;
b. Test the opening and closing mechanism of the clamp, and open and close the action for no less than 5 times. It is required that the clamp can open and close flexibly, and the opening and closing dimensions fully meet the requirements of the drawing;
c. Load at 1.2G, use the clamp to clamp the entire steel ingot, rotate it left and right 3 times each, and do a dynamic load test of the clamp's slewing mechanism: If the trolley uses a horizontal wheel guide device, during the test run, the horizontal wheel should play a role in controlling the running guide, and the trolley wheels should not be blocked.
