This standard is a revision of ZBJ32003.3-88 "Machining allowance and tolerance of step shafts for free forgings on hydraulic presses". During the revision, editorial changes were made to the original text, and the main technical contents were modified as follows: - The additional allowance is determined by the tonnage of the hydraulic press. This standard replaces ZBJ32003.3-·-88 from the date of implementation. Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C of this standard are all appendices to the standard. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Forging Standardization. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shanghai Heavy Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Qianhe and Xie Peide. 364

4.1 According to the total length of the shaft and the basic size of the largest cross section, select the allowance according to JB/T9179.2 as the basic allowance for all diameters (cross sections) of the shaft.
4.2 According to the difference between the largest adjacent diameters (cross sections) of the shaft, select the additional allowance according to Table 1 and add the additional allowance to the basic allowance. The basic allowance plus the additional allowance is the allowance of the shaft. The limit deviation is 1/3 of the allowance. 4.3 The minimum height and minimum depth of the steps and recesses of the forgings shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix to the standard). 4.4 The minimum length of the steps and recesses of the forgings shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B (Appendix to the standard). 4.5 The minimum length of forged flange shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C (Standard Appendix). 4.6 Application example: D = 450mm; L, = 200mm; D, = 200 mm; lz = 2 200 mm;
Ds==500mm; L3150mm;
Total length L = 2550mm. Using a 25000kN hydraulic press, it is found that the basic allowance is 34mm and the additional allowance is 11mm, so the allowance and limit deviation are 45mm ± 15mm; the basic size of the forging is obtained: D. =450+45=495mm limit deviation ±15mm;
Lu-200+45X2.5=312.5mm (take 315mm) limit deviation ±38mm;
Dza-200+45-245 mm
limit deviation ±15mm;
L2 -2 200-45X2. 5=2 087. 5 mm (take 2 090 mm) limit deviation ±38mm;
Dao500+45=545mm
limit deviation ±15mm;
L3n=150+45X2.5==262.5 mm (take 265mm) limit deviation ±38mm;
Total length L2550-45×2.5=2662.5mm (take 2665mm) limit deviation ±38 mm.

When the length of the material number stamp before the concave gear is forged is equal to or greater than the width of the hydraulic press anvil, the concave gear must be forged: When the length of the broken material number stamp before the concave gear is forged is less than 3
the width of the hydraulic press anvil, it is allowed to enlarge the concave gear diameter so that the length of the broken material after the number stamp is equal to the anvil width. Application example: Determine whether the middle concave block of the stepped shaft in Figure B1 is forged. B2
First check the allowance and find that the depth of the middle concave block is 125mm and the length is 150mm. Then check Table A1 in Appendix A and Table B1 in Appendix B and find that the depth of the concave block is 37mm and the length is 630mm. Although the depth of the concave block is greater than the value in the table, the length is less than the value in the table, so the concave block of the stepped shaft does not need to be forged, and the stepped shaft should be forged according to the forging diagram in Figure B2. i
