"Technical Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Power Construction (Boiler Unit)" (SDJ245-88) has played a positive role in promoting the construction of the power industry and the improvement of the construction quality of power station boilers since its release and implementation. With the rapid development of my country's socialist market economy, the development of the power industry and the improvement of power generation quality are the basic guarantees for social and economic development. In order to ensure the requirements of "safe, economic, stable and full" operation of thermal power plants and meet the needs of large units and new equipment construction, we organized relevant personnel to revise and supplement the original specifications, made major changes, and organized discussions and approvals three times. The relevant national standards, industry standards, documents, etc. adopted or quoted in this specification are all current standards and documents issued before January 1996. 36 new standards are added, 14 new standards are replaced, and 1 standard with serial number 26 in Appendix 16 of the original specification is cancelled. Due to the reference of new standards, many clauses of this specification have been modified, such as high-strength bolt connection, oil tank installation, welding process and quality, pipeline installation, pump installation, whole set startup test run, chemical cleaning, safety valve adjustment, steam flushing, etc. Due to the emergence of new equipment, new processes and new materials, this specification has also added many new clauses, including 10 new clauses of "3.5 Circulating Pump" in "3 Heating Surface", 20 new clauses of "5.5 Flue Gas Desulfurization Device" in "5 Smoke, Wind, Coal Pipeline and Ancillary Equipment", 10 new sub-clauses of "7.3.5MPS (ZGM) Medium Speed Coal Mill" in "7.3 Coal Mill", 6 new appendices, 4 revised and updated appendices, and 1 original appendix cancelled. This specification has been examined and approved by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry, and was issued on January 4, 1996 as Document No. 6 of Electric Power Technology [1996], with the serial number DL/T5047-95. It will be implemented on May 1, 1996, and the original specification SDJ245-88 will be abolished at the same time. The main editor of this specification is: Electric Power Construction Technical and Economic Consulting Center of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry Standardization Department of China Electricity Council Participating units: Electric Power Construction Research Institute of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry Editor-in-chief: Fan Jiuzhou Huan Sheng 1 General Principles 1.1 General provisions 1.2 Coordination requirements for construction projects before boiler installation 2 Boiler frame and related metal structures General provisions Boiler Foundation inspection, marking and shim installation Boiler frame assembly
