Thin plate leveling machines shall comply with this standard and be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and design documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 5.1
The precision of transmission gears shall reach the 8th grade precision specified in GB10095. 5.2

5.3The dimensional precision of the working outer diameter of the leveling machine shall reach IT6 grade, the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness parameter Ra shall be 0.8μm, and the hardness of its working surface shall reach HRC58~62.
5.4Welded parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB4328.5. 5.5Iron castings shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB4328.1. 5.6Nonferrous metal castings shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB4328.3. All machined parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB4328.8. 5.7
5.8The assembly of products shall comply with the provisions of JB4328.8. The matching surface precision of each kinematic pair shall reach IT8 grade, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness parameter Ra shall be 1.6μm. 5.9

After assembly, the flatness of the plane formed by the planes of the leveling rollers is 0.06mm/m. The distance deviation between the rollers should be ±0.05mm. 5.11
5.12 Within the adjustment range of the leveling rollers, the parallelism of the upper and lower rows of leveling rollers is level 6. 5.13
After assembly, the leveling rollers and the support rollers should rotate flexibly without blocking. Adjust the upper and lower supports to make them contact with the leveling rollers, and at least 75% of the support rollers in each row of support rollers should rotate during operation. The matching of each gear pair of the main reduction gearbox should comply with the 8-level accuracy requirements in GB10095. During normal operation, the noise sound pressure level should not exceed 85dB (A). The cleanliness of the main reduction gearbox should comply with the P level specified in GB11368. 5.17
The lubricating oil pump works normally and all lubrication systems are unobstructed. 5.18
The painting of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB4328.9, and the accuracy of the paint film shall be Class I. 5.19
6 Test method
6.1 Inspection of the flatness of the surface
Put the assembled upper and lower rollers on the platform, and use a dial indicator to measure any three points with a spacing greater than 500mm on the plane formed by the surface. The error shall be within the specified range (0.06mm/m). 6.2 Inspection of the whole machine noise
During the load test, the whole machine noise shall be detected according to the method specified in ZBJ50004. Note: The ambient background noise shall be 10dB (A) lower than the measured noise. 6.3 The cleanliness inspection of the main reducer shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB11368, and its level shall reach Class P. 6.4 No-load test
6.4.1 Before the no-load test, check the lubrication of the rotating parts, the flexible rotation of the leveling roller, the contact between the leveling roller and the support, the flexible and reliable operation of the pressing mechanism, the normal oil supply of each lubrication point, the connection and operation of each coupling.
6.4.2 No-load test
6.4.2.1 Carry out fast and slow speed, forward and reverse tests respectively, and keep them running continuously for 10 minutes each. The equipment works normally. The noise is less than 85dB(A).
6.4.2.2 Raise and lower the upper leveling roller repeatedly 10 times. There should be no abnormal conditions such as blocking, jamming, creeping, etc., and check the reading of the indicator. The error of the repeated reading should not be greater than 0.2mm each time it descends. 6.4.2.3 The whole machine runs for 2 hours, check that the temperature rise of the bearings at all locations is not more than 45℃, and the highest temperature is not more than 65℃. Check that the lubrication of each lubrication point is normal. 6.5 Load test
6.5.1 Test materials
The size parameters and mechanical properties of the leveling steel plate are shown in Table 2Table 2

Inspect the leveled steel plate. Its flatness should not be greater than 1mm/m. The minimum accuracy of the leveling plate at each level represents the actual leveling accuracy of the equipment. a.
Inspect the rollers. At least 75% of the rollers in each row of rollers should rotate during operation. The reasons for not rotating should be found out. b.
Inspection rules
Each product must be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 7.2
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Type test should be carried out when one of the following conditions is met. a.
When new products are trial-produced and evaluated;
When there are major process changes;
When periodic production is conducted for type testing;
When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension;
When there is a significant difference between the results of the factory inspection and the last type test: When the national quality supervision and inspection agencies at all levels put forward the requirement for type testing. The following items should be inspected for factory inspection Appearance inspection;
No-load test:
No less than one unit of each batch of products shall be sampled for noise and main reduction gearbox cleanliness inspection. Type testing shall be conducted for all inspection and test items. 8
Packaging and transportation
Product packaging shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB2759 and the product packaging design and its documents. The packaging storage and transportation graphic signs shall be implemented in accordance with GB191. 8.2
