3 Technical requirements
3.! Compressors should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The specified working conditions of compressor B are:

3.5 The design of acetylene compressors shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB50031 and the following requirements: a) The exhaust temperature of each level shall not exceed: b) The average piston speed shall not exceed 1m/s; c) The temperature of the gas shall not exceed 40℃: d) The temperature of the lubricating oil in the crankcase shall not exceed 3. The acetylene compressor shall adopt a fully sealed structure and be able to detect the leakage of acetylene gas: 3.7 The design and manufacture of the auxiliary pressure vessel of the acetylene compressor shall comply with the relevant provisions of GA150 and the pressure penetration safety technical supervision regulations. 3. In the lubricating oil pressure system of the acetylene compressor, a leakage shall be set, and mechanical debris of 0.08mm shall be excluded: the pump pressure shall not be less than 0.1MPa, and can be diffused.

3.97. All levels of the compressor should be free of oil and water, and the molten gas and oil and water should be able to be collected. 3.10 The acetylene compressor must be equipped with a pressure limiting device. The following materials shall not be used for parts in contact with acetylene gas: a) steel or steel alloy containing more than 70% copper; 5) galvanized or silver alloy; 6) refined materials; 7) tt; 8) acetylene gas-filled grey iron castings and alloy parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of 6431, 6438 and 6439 respectively. 9) acetylene compressor valves and other parts shall comply with the requirements of 9.0.4 of GB50031-1991. 10) acetylene auxiliary machine gas-filled valve plates shall be made of materials that are not prone to sparks. 3.21 The kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil used in the compressor is 17-21mm/100 hours, and the internal air temperature range is not less than 240°C. 1.22 The air, water and oil circuits of the compressor should be unobstructed, and the joints should be sealed to ensure that there is no leakage or leakage. 3.23 The air chambers of the various parts of the compressor, such as the cylinder head, should be tested with a water pressure of 1-1 (MPa). For the air chambers and cylinder water chambers with water circuits, the water pressure test should be carried out at a pressure of 0.6MPa, and the maintenance time should be not less than 30 days.

3,30 In accordance with the conditions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall provide one year warranty for the defective compressor (excluding vulnerable parts) within one and a half years from the date of issuance. If the parts are damaged due to insufficient production during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall not replace them.
4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 The performance test of the compressor shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9[03.2. 4.2 The noise of the acetylene compressor shall be measured by a precision sound level meter. The measuring point shall be 1.5m above the ground and 1 meter above the horizontal distance from the main surface closest to the acetylene compressor. 4.3 The alarm measurement of the acetylene compressor shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB777. 4.4 The operation rate of the acetylene compressor shall be calculated as follows: Operation rate = -4960-failure downtime (m 100%4960
4.5 Inspection method for cleanliness of compressor: disassemble the compressor after assembly, and use coal to clean the body, the inside of the compressor, the cylinder, the crankshaft, the connecting rod, the valve, the material, the crosshead, the oil collection system and other parts. Filter through a 160-mesh copper wire mesh, and then heat the filtrate to B℃ and dry it for 1 hour. Weigh the remaining part with a balance with an accuracy of not less than grade 1, and the weight is the cleanliness index.
4.6 Trial production Block compressors (including block compressors that have been transferred to other factories or have undergone major changes in design) must undergo type tests, and batch-produced block compressors must undergo individual tests. 4. The type test of block compressors can be conducted at the manufacturer or the user, and the continuous operation time should be no less than 500 hours. When tested at the manufacturer, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5, and when tested at the user's site, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. 4

The words shall be neat and tidy to ensure that the compressor will not be damaged by rain or exposure to sunlight during transportation. 5.4 The following documents shall be provided with the compressor: a) Product certificate; b) Product instruction manual; s) Packing list; d) List of tools and spare parts. 5.5 The compressor shall be treated with rust prevention before leaving the factory. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the product shall not be damaged or rusted due to poor packaging within 12 months.
