Shipbuilding Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Technical Requirements for Repair of Ro-Ro Ship Portal Bridge
CB/T358594
Classification Number: R31
1 Subject Content and Applicable Range
This standard specifies the inspection, repair technical requirements, inspection and acceptance of Ro-Ro Ship Portal Bridge structure, hinges and sealing devices. This standard is applicable to Ro-Ro ships and can also be used by other ships equipped with portal bridges.
Referenced standards
CB'3136

Hull construction accuracy standards (L≥90m)
Hull construction accuracy standards for small and medium-sized ships
CB/T3587
Technical requirements for hull structure repair
Approved by China State Shipbuilding Corporation on October 8, 199440
Implemented on August 1, 1995
CB/T3585-94
The main passage for loading loads on ro-ro ships can be raised, lowered, opened, and closed, and is located on the medullary, ship or brain side of the hull structure. 4 Inspection
4.1 Inspection of corrosion of portal bridge structure
The inspection method and technical requirements of portal bridge structure (plate, profile) are shown in CB/T3587.
If the corrosion depth of the working surface of the seal is greater than 3mm, it should be repaired or replaced.
4.2 Deformation
4.2.1 For the body deformation of the gate bridge structure with a length difference of no more than 12mm between the two diagonals and an unevenness of no more than 10mm at the four corners, and which does not affect normal work, it does not need to be repaired. If the deformation is within the above values but affects the workers, it should be repaired. 4.2.2 If the deformation of the side plate, end plate, sealing groove, and compression nodule steel of the gate bridge is greater than 5mm/m, it should be repaired or partially replaced. 4.3·Wear
If the contact surface gap of the sealing locking device and its machine, block and other parts is greater than 3mm, it should be repaired or replaced.
4.4 Hinge
If the thickness of the hinge after wear is not less than 0.9 times the original plate thickness, and the hole diameter d after deformation is less than or equal to 1.1 times the original hole diameter, and it does not affect normal operation, it does not need to be repaired; otherwise, it should be repaired or replaced. 41
5 Technical requirements
CB/T3585-94
5.1 Repair parts and scope of portal bridge structure
The repair parts and scope of portal bridge structure shall be carried out according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the surveyor and the shipowner.
5.2 Replacement and correction and repair of plates and profiles
5.2.1 When replacing plates and profiles, the requirements are shown in CB/T3587. 5.2.2
3195.
When local repair needs to correct deformation, the requirements are shown in CB'3136 and CB5.3
Repair welding requirements
The selection of welding rods should match the parent material.
5.3.2Before welding, the repaired parts of the repaired parts should be surface treated to remove rust spots, oil stains and impurities.
5.3.3For important assemblies such as main chains with a thickness of more than 8mm and a length of more than 200mm, preheating treatment should be carried out when the ambient temperature is lower than -5°C. 5.3.4For general non-matching surfaces, they should be ground flat after welding. 5.4Component replacement and installation
5.4.1For the replacement of hinges, their geometric dimensions should be consistent with the original ones, and their coaxiality should be ensured during installation.
5.4.2 Replacement of sealing and locking parts, the geometrical dimension deviation shall not exceed 2mm, the installation position deviation shall not exceed 2mm, 6 Acceptance
6.1 Gate bridge structure
6.1.1 Dimensional deviation shall meet the following requirements: 42
CB/T3585-94
Length is ±7mm;
Width is ±5mm;
Diagonal length difference is 7mm.
Deflection shall meet the following requirements:
Up and down deflection of side plate is ±5mm
Up and down deflection of end plate is ±5mm:
Transverse bending of side plate is ±5mm;
Transverse bending of end plate is ±6mm;
Deflection of frame inter-plate is ±7mm:
Gate bridge straightness (measured at the embedded watertight filler) shall not exceed 3mm. Sealing device
1/2.
The height deviation of the sealing gasket groove is ±2mm.
The width deviation of the sealing gasket groove is ±1.5mm.
The position deviation of the pressing fan steel is ±4mm.
The straightness of the length and width of the pressing fan steel is ±3mm. The pressing amount of the sealing gasket is 5mm, and the deviation is +2mm. The powder trace of the white powder test must be continuous, and the powder avoidance width is greater than 6.3 of the width of the pressing part.
The deviation of a single hinge hole from the reference axis is shown in Figure 1, and SS is required, ≤5.5mm.
CB/T3585-94
6.3.2 The deviation of paired hinge holes from the reference axis is shown in Figure 2@3
Gate bridge flushing test and load test
The gate bridge is subjected to a flushing test in the locked state. The flushing test shall meet the following requirements:
The water pressure shall not be less than 0.1MPa; bzxZ.net
The distance from the nozzle to the test site shall not be greater than 3m, and the nozzle diameter shall not be less than 16mm.
After flushing, the inner surface shall be qualified if there is no water seepage.
CB/T3585-94
6.5After the overhaul of the portal bridge structure, the portal bridge shall be subjected to load test according to the requirements of ship inspection. Additional notes:
