Its specific location shall be indicated in the product manual. The label shall indicate: brand, model, total mass, load capacity, factory number, factory date and manufacturer name. 7.3 The trailer leaves the factory-generally as a complete vehicle, without packaging. For special needs, the packaging method can be negotiated separately, GB/T 4330 --2003
The whole trailer shall be shipped in accordance with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. The random technical documents, accessories, spare parts, and parts that must be removed during transportation shall be packed separately to ensure that they are not damaged or lost during transportation. 7.5 The accompanying documents, spare parts and accessories of the trailer are: a) Product instruction manual;
b) Product inspection certificate;
c) Packing list:
Spare parts and accessories, etc. (provided according to the instructions or contract requirements) 7.6 The product should be stored in a dry place with a flat ground, avoiding sunlight as much as possible, and paying attention to anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion.4
Type test of trailers
The manufacturer shall conduct type test in one of the following situations. When the new product is finalized and identified;
After formal production, when the structure, material and process have changed greatly, which may affect the product quality; when the product is stopped for more than two years and then resumed; when there is a big difference between the result of the final inspection and the result of the last type inspection: d)
Quality monitoring under normal production conditions,
Type inspection items are all items listed in the standard, see Table 9. Type inspection also randomly selects 2 samples from the same batch of products that pass the factory inspection. After all items are qualified, formal production will be carried out. Under normal production conditions, the reliability test should be carried out at least once every three years, and the inspection of other items should be carried out at least once a year.
6.4.4.1 The inspection shall adopt the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T 2828, the special inspection level S-1, the quality characteristic classification and quality level requirements of each inspection item are shown in Table 9.
6.4.4.2 Classification of non-conformities
All inspected items that do not meet the requirements of Chapter 4 are called non-conformities. According to the importance of their product quality characteristics, they are divided into Class A non-conformities, Class B non-conformities and Class C non-conformities. The quality characteristic classification of each item is shown in Table 9. Table 9 Classification of inspection items and quality level requirements Item classification
