The surface coating and chemical coating of the indexer parts shall be inspected according to the requirements of CB/T3764, and the results shall meet the requirements of 3.4. 4.3 Coating quality inspection
The coating of the indexer shall be inspected according to the requirements of CB/T7t5, and the results shall meet the requirements of 3.5. 4.4 High temperature test
The test shall be carried out according to the moisture change method of the dispersed test sample in GB/T2423.2. Place the indexer in a normal temperature test chamber, heat it up to (55-2), the heating rate is not less than 1 ℃/min, and keep it for 2 hours. After the test, check the precision and appearance. The shrinkage results should meet the requirements of 3.2.1-3.2.3 and 3.3-3.5. 4.5 Low temperature test
Test according to the temperature shock Ab method of non-heating test sample in GB/T2423.1. Place the indexer in a normal temperature test chamber, lower it to (-253)℃, the moisture sinking rate is not more than 1/min, keep it for 2 hours, and check the accuracy and appearance after the test. The results meet the requirements of 3.2.1~~3.2.3 and 3.3~-3.5. 4.6 Wet heat test
Test according to the relevant provisions in GB.T2423.4. The results should meet the requirements of 3.2.1~~3.2.3 and 3.3~3.5. 4.7 Vibration test
Test according to the relevant provisions of (iB/T2423.10: Place the indexer in a special packaging box and fasten it on the vibration table. Scan from low to high and then from high to low at a scanning rate of · frequency range per minute according to the frequency and amplitude specified in Table 1. Each frequency drum scan is 3in.

After the test, the indexer should meet the requirements of 3.2. 4.8 Accuracy inspection
4.8, 1 indexer It is recommended to install it on a special dial, accurately fix the working edge of the middle finger arm on the dial, rotate the left and right finger arm tangent screws to make the working edge of the left and right finger arms coincide with the scale line of 1 every 10” on the dial, and use the angle deviation of the left and right finger hips and the ten finger arms every 10° according to the reading on the differential drum. The result should meet the requirements of 3.2.1. 4, B.2 When the worm is disengaged by feeling, turn the left and right finger arms: the rolling rod is meshing with the dial worm wheel, and the micro-motion chisel is turned. The result should meet the requirements of 3.2.2.
CB/T 336--2002
4.8.3 Install the scale on the special calibration dial, set the middle finger, make the left and right index arms move on the selected scale line on the dial, observe and record the readings on the left and right index arms’ differential drums with a 1x magnifying glass, rotate the differential drum in any direction, then reverse it, and make the left and right index arms move on the originally selected scale line again. The difference between the reading on the differential drum and the reading on the index is the gear ratio. The gear ratio should meet the requirements of 3.2.3. 4.B.4. First adjust the left and right finger arms of the indexer to 30", then place them on the unfolded paper 1, use a sharpened pencil to draw a line along the working edge of each finger, and use the center needle to poke a mark on the paper, then remove the indexer, and use a special ruler to accurately extend the two lines to make them intersect, and use a reading microscope with an accuracy of 0.01U to measure the distance between the intersection of the left finger arm and the middle finger arm and the intersection of the right finger arm and the middle finger arm, respectively. Use the same method to check the center deviation at 60°, 90° and 120". The results should meet the requirements of 3.2.1. 4.8.5 Adjust the middle finger position of the indexer on the special equipment 1! The results should meet the requirements of 3.2.5. 4.8.6 Use the middle finger arm of the indexer as the reference on the special equipment L to align the left and right finger arms! 1 are placed on the dial at 90", adjust the index on the worm gear frame and the scale on the differential, the index must point to the 90" scale on the dial, and the scale on the differential drum is zero. Place the adjusted left and right index arms 1.1 at 90" respectively, draw a straight line with a special pin ruler, and then check whether the line segment drawn by the left and right index arms is consistent with the straight line drawn by the special steel ruler, and the error factor meets the requirements of 3.2.6. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
Inspection of indexing instrument is divided into type inspection and drawing! 5.2 Type inspection
