3. Definitions
This standard group adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Test method for basic environmental conditions of instruments and meters for transport and storage, which has a self-supporting base, and uses a capacitance pendulum to measure the balance of the measured surface relative to the water surface at a small angle. Among them, the device with a pointer-type indication device is called a pointer-type electronic level, and the instrument with a digital limit indication device is called a digital display electronic level.
3.2 A device for adjusting the zero position of the instrument when it is at the limit position of the measurement, so as to make a different range measurement at this level.

5 Technical requirements

5.1.1 The working surface of the instrument shall not have sand holes, pores, cracks, bumps, scratches, roughness, rust and other defects caused by abnormal use; the non-working surface exposed to the operation shall not have air rise, sand, digital effects, rapid corrosion and other obvious defects. 5.2.2 The electrical layer of the instrument shall be uniform and smooth.
