This standard is a revision of the current national standard (1/T232:191C Titanium Sponge). This standard is consistent with 1/T232-1934 Titanium Sponge. Compared with 1/T2521-1981, this standard has the following effects: In terms of product particle size, 0.83mm~2.0mm is used as the conventional product output classification The product grades with Brinell hardness as the standard have been increased. The limit of MM.H three-stroke impurity elements in the product has been increased. The technical standard of grade 5 seawater has been added. 3.3 Particle size
The particle size of the titanium dioxide is determined by sieving and screening, and the particle size range is 63mm~25.41m and 0.83m~13.7mr. GA/T 2524—2002
3.3.1 Products with a particle size of 0.23 mm to 25.4 mm. The number of products with a particle size of 0.83 mm to 25.4 mm should not exceed 3% of the total batch of products, the number of products with a particle size of less than 0.8 mm should not exceed 5% of the total batch of products, and the number of products with a particle size of more than 4 mm should not exceed 5% of the total batch of products.
3.3.2 Products with a particle size of 0.83 mm to 12.7 mm should not exceed 9% of the total batch of products; the number of products with a particle size of less than 0.83 mm should not exceed 5% of the total batch of products, and the number of products with a particle size of more than 12.71 mm should not exceed the total batch of products.
Both parties may also agree on the product particle size in the form of a contract. 3.4 Appearance quality
3.4.1 The product should be light grey sponge-like, with clean surface and no visible particles. 3.4.2 The defective blocks in the product (grade 5) shall not exceed 3.1% of the total product: Defective blocks refer to burnt seaweed blocks with bright yellow and old yellow oxidation; dark yellow and bright yellow oxidation and nitrogen-rich blocks; seaweed blocks with obvious oxide residues; seaweed blocks with residual materials; seaweed blocks with high iron and its derivatives.
4 Test method
4.1 The chemical composition analysis of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GH/T4698.1~4698.25 Chemical analysis of seaweed titanium and titanium alloys. 4.2 The brightness test of the product shall be carried out in accordance with the visual inspection method of (/T2311384 gold and silver) If the position is determined, it will be permanent.
4.3 The particle size test of the product shall be carried out by sieving method. 4.4 The appearance quality of the product shall be carried out by the standard method. 5 Inspection rules
51 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's control department: 1 to ensure that the product quantity contains the provisions of this standard (or contract), and the authenticity and quality certificate or certificate shall be issued.
5-1.2 The received products shall be inspected according to the provisions of this standard (or contract). If the inspection results are inconsistent with the provisions of this standard (or contract), they shall be reported to the buyer within 3 months from the month of receipt of the product, and the supply and demand shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 5.2 Batches

6. 1 Labels

6.2 Packaging, logistics and storage
6.2-1 The product is packed according to the net weight of each (piece) of 7kg-250kg. The packaging barrel is a zinc-iron barrel. 7 Contents of order form (including the same)
The order form (or contract) for the products covered by this standard shall include the following contents: Product name, number, tensile strength, impurity content and other special requirements. This standard shall be supplemented by Appendix A (Normative Appendix) of GD/T2524-2002 for the sampling and A.1 Sampling and test ingot preparation method for Haijin titanium supplier This method specifies the method for sampling and the preparation of Haijin titanium test ingots for analysis and carbon number determination.
This method is used to determine the quality of Haijin titanium batch products. A.1.1 Sampling method

A.1.1.4.1. The results of primary sampling
The batch shrinkage test is mixed and picked, and the sample is taken from more than 500 small samples after the continuous outflow of the sample for a certain period of time. The sample is collected from each part of the batch with more than 500 small samples, and the total number of test samples must be more than 1% of the batch, and at least not less than 1090.
