National Standard of the People's Republic of China Cultivation of Penaeus chinensis osbeck-Seedling Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the commodity specifications, quality requirements and inspection methods of Chinese shrimp seedlings. This standard applies to the production, sale and use of Chinese shrimp seedlings. 2 Terminology 2.1 Body length The length from the base of the eyestalk to the end of the tail section when the shrimp body is naturally extended. 2.2 Seedlings Postlarvae with a body length greater than 0.7 cm. 2.3 Specification Qualification Rate The percentage of individuals that meet the specification requirements to the total number of seedlings. 2.4 Abnormal Body Color Rate The percentage of individuals with abnormal body color (white) to the total number of seedlings. 2.5 Dirt Hanging Rate The percentage of individuals with attachments other than ciliates on the body surface to the total number of seedlings. 2.6 Weak seedling rate The number of weak seedlings whose first antennae are in a "V" shape and cannot be closed accounts for the percentage of the total number of seedlings. 2.7 Disability rate The number of individuals with damaged appendages and frontal horns accounts for the percentage of the total number of seedlings. 2.8 Disease rate The number of individuals suffering from ciliate disease accounts for the percentage of the total number of seedlings. 2.9 Mortality rate The number of individuals who died due to disease or injury accounts for the percentage of the total number of seedlings. 3 Seedling commodity specifications The classification of seedling commodity specifications shall meet the requirements of Table 1. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on June 27, 1994, GB/T 15101. 2--94 Implementation on January 1, 1995 4 Quality requirements Specification classification The quality of seedlings shall meet the requirements of Table 2. bzxz.net 5 Inspection methods and rules 5.1 Batch Specification qualification rate Abnormal body color rate Dirty hanging rate Weak seedling rate Disability rate Disease rate Mortality rate GB/T 15101.2—94 One nursery pond is an inspection batch, and the batches are inspected before sale. 5.2 Specification qualification rate When measuring body length, the third-class seedlings are first killed with iodine solution and measured under a dissecting microscope; the second-class and first-class seedlings are directly measured in vivo with a straight ruler (accuracy 1mm). The number of random inspections shall not be less than 50. 5.3 Abnormal body color rate, weak seedling rate, and mortality rate are randomly sampled three times, with more than 50 tails each time, and directly observed and inspected, and the arithmetic mean of the three times is taken as the result. 5.4 Rate of hanging offal, disability and disease Randomly sample three times, with more than 50 fish each time, and examine under a dissecting microscope. The arithmetic mean of the three times is the result. 5.5 Judgment rules Whether each type of seedlings meets all the indicators specified in Chapter 4 shall be the basis for judging their classification. 422 Additional remarks: GB/T15101.2--94 This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.
