This standard is a revision of JB/T56051.3-93≤ Pulse Capacitor and DC Capacitor Product Quality Classification". During the revision, in addition to the editorial modification of the original standard, the main technical contents have been changed as follows: 1 In Table 1: a) The loss tangent value is changed to: first-class products and superior products are not greater than 0.002; b) The durability performance is changed to the same as qualified products; c) The appearance and packaging related contents in Table 2 are put into Table 1. 2 In Table 2, an item of \inspection\ is added.
3Add the requirement that the enterprise management must pass ISO9000 quality system certification in the category of superior products. This standard replaces JB/T 56051.3-93 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Power Capacitors. 3 Definitions

In addition to the definitions specified in GB/T2900.16, this standard also adopts the following definitions. 3.1 Main quality indicators
Electrical performance reflecting the main characteristics of the product and parameters directly related to durability, reliability and life. 3.2 Key process
Main process that ensures product performance and is directly related to the main quality indicators of the product during the production process. 3.3 Defect
If the quality characteristics of a unit product or component do not meet the requirements, it will constitute a defect. According to the degree of influence on the quality characteristics of a unit product or component, defects are divided into:
a) Class A defect: Defects that make the key quality characteristics of the product not meet the requirements are called Class A defectsb) Class B defect: Defects that make the important quality characteristics of the product not meet the requirements are called Class B defects;c) Class C defect: Defects that make the general quality characteristics of the product not meet the requirements are called Class C defects. 4 Scope and content of assessment indicators

Main Quality Indicators of Products
Qualified Products
Conforms to J1B/T Requirements of 8168: First-class products: For capacitors used for impulse voltage division, the value should not exceed ±3% of the rated value, and the value of the rest should not exceed ±8% of the rated value. Superior products: For capacitors used for impulse voltage division, the value should not exceed ±2% of the rated value, and the value of impurities should not exceed ±5% of the rated value. The value should not exceed ±0.002%. The value of impurities should be increased by 5% on the basis of qualified products. The value of combined products should be the same as qualified products. The value of impulse voltage capacitors should not be less than 100, and the value of impulsive voltage resistors should not be less than 80. a) The nameplate data is correct. Product quality grades are divided into qualified products, first-class products and superior products. 5.1 Qualified products
5.1.1 The product quality indicators shall fully meet the requirements of qualified products in Table 1. c
5.1.2 The manufacturing quality of parts and components shall meet the requirements of drawings, processes and standards. For porcelain sleeve shell products, the defect rate of major parts and components shall not exceed 3.70%, and for gold shell products, the defect rate of major parts and components shall not exceed 3.92%. Among them, the number of Class A defects shall not exceed 2, the number of Class B defects shall not exceed 20 for porcelain sleeve shell products, and the number of Class B defects shall not exceed 18 for gold shell products. 5.1.3 The key processes, inspections, technical documents, user services, etc. of the products shall meet the requirements of Table 2. 5.1.4 The validity period of product type test shall not exceed 5 years. 5.1.5 Users shall evaluate that the product can meet the use requirements. s. 2 →Qualified products

5.3.2 Enterprise management must pass ISO9000 quality system certification. 5.3.3 For the main parts of the porcelain sleeve shell products, the defect rate of the main items shall not be less than 0.92%; for the main parts of the metal shell products, the defect rate of the main items shall not be greater than 0.80%, and no A-level defects are allowed. For the porcelain sleeve products, the number of B-level defects shall not exceed 6, and for the metal shell products, the number of B-level defects shall not exceed 4.
5.3.4 The rate of superior products in the production of such products shall not be less than 75% (assessed quarterly). 5.3.5 Users evaluate that the product quality is equivalent to the advanced level of similar international products, and the product has wide competitiveness in the international market. 6 Sampling and evaluation
6.1 Sampling and evaluation of main parts
The quality characteristics of the main parts are divided into three levels according to the severity of their defects: A-level defects, level 13 defects, and C-level defects. 6.1.1 Sampling of main parts
