Good cooperation between customers and translation service providers is the premise for improving the level of translation services and ensuring translation quality. Both parties should fully understand their expectations of each other in advance. This standard puts forward relevant requirements to better guarantee the interests of relevant parties. This standard establishes an objective working basis that can coordinate the interests of both parties, so as to strengthen the trust in the quality of translation and eliminate the possible differences that may arise afterwards.
The process management of the translation service provider is a powerful measure to ensure the quality of translation. This standard specifies the business contact, preparation before translation, translation, proofreading, editing, inspection, customer feedback, document management, responsibility and confidentiality. The translation service provider is required to strengthen the management of each link in the translation process to form a complete quality assurance system and service system. This specification adopts the expression in DIN2345 that conforms to my country's national conditions, and the requirements for freelance translators are not included in this standard. 4 Requirements
4.1 Conditions of translation service provider
4.1.1 Ability to master the original and translated texts and the human resources necessary to complete the customer's commission. 4.1.2 Translation experience in the professional languages ​​involved in the translation. 4.1.3 Technical equipment and office equipment.

4.2 Business contact
4.2.1 Contact place

4.2.3 Types and contents of contact

4.2.4.2 Signature
According to the provisions of the Copyright Law, the copyright owner's right of signature shall be respected and the signature shall be signed in an appropriate manner. 4.2.4.3 Customer's needs

4.4 Translation Business Management
4.4.1 Original Materials and Work Arrangement
4.4.1.1 Original Materials
For the management of original materials, the following should be done: Count and sort the originals, and check whether there are any omissions, missing pages, or unclear parts. If there are any, the customer should be informed and asked to provide additional parts. If the customer cannot provide a clear original, then the original should be marked with a pencil or other removable mark. The originals of the customer should be properly protected and should not be lost or destroyed (except in the event of force majeure). Copies of the originals should be used for translation. 4.4.1.2 Work Arrangement
According to the needs of the customer, a process and time plan for the completion of the translation should be prepared, and qualified translators and reviewers should be selected. 4.4.2 Translation
4.4.2.1 Translators
Translators should meet the following conditions:
Have a recognized foreign language proficiency certificate or an equivalent certificate, especially a professional certificate;-General and professional work experience;

4.4.2.2 Preparation before translation

-Review and organize the materials provided by the customer;-Further check the words and professional terms (such as on the Internet or database);-Solve the content, professional and terminology problems with the customer through the translation service provider under the premise of confidentiality. 4.4.2.3 Completeness and accuracy of translation
The translation should be complete, and its content and terminology should be basically accurate. The footnotes, attachments, tables, lists, reports and charts of the original and the corresponding text should be translated and fully reflected in the translation. No mistranslation, missing translation, omitted translation or skipped translation is allowed, and the individual parts that are not sure about the accuracy of the translation should be noted. 4.4.3.2 Audit requirements

The work of translation editing is mainly a process of reprocessing according to the format of the original text, so that the size, layout, format, font and pinyin of the translation meet the requirements of GB/T788-1999; the layout of the translation is beautiful, generous and compact, the tables and figures are arranged in an orderly manner, corresponding to the original text, and the chapters are complete. When editing, different colored pens should be used for translation and review to distinguish them. 4.4.5 Proofreading
The manuscript proofreading should be proofread word by word according to the typescript after review, and there should be no missing, omission or error. When errors are found, the errata form should be filled out carefully, submitted to relevant personnel for correction, and verified. 4.4.6 Inspection

4.5 Quality Assurance
4.5.1 The quality assurance period of the translation is 6 months after the translation is delivered. During the quality assurance period, the translation service provider can take the following measures for minor errors and omissions in the qualified translation: a) correct the typed version (electronic version); b) issue an errata sheet for the printed version.
Note: Modifications due to customer reasons are excluded. 4.5.2 Serious quality problems in the translation provided by the translation service provider shall be handled in accordance with the contract agreement, see 4.2.3.2. 4.6 Archiving of Materials and Others
4.6.1 After the translation work undertaken by the translation service provider is completed, the minimum storage period for the corresponding original copies, translation drafts, review drafts, typed drafts, errata sheets, samples and other related materials is 12 months. The archived materials should be accurately labeled, complete and easy to consult; if stored in a computer, they should be backed up. The original document shall be returned to the customer in its entirety and relevant records shall be made. 4.6.2 Under special circumstances, upon the request of the customer, the original document, the translation and all related paper or non-paper documents may be returned to the customer upon completion of the translation work.
Note: In this case, the translation service provider shall not bear the responsibility of Section 4.5 of this section. 4.7 Customer Feedback and Quality Tracking
The translation service provider shall designate a person to register and organize customer feedback and take corrective or corrective measures to rectify the feedback. All customer feedback shall be responded to. For customers of batch business, the translation service provider shall also conduct pre-, mid- and post-quality tracking and visits, and promptly rectify the problems reported by customers.
4.8 Confidentiality
The translation service provider shall keep the commercial and technical secrets of the customer in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and shall not disclose the commercial or technical secrets of the customer to any third party.
4.9 Declaration of Conformity
Each translation service provider may voluntarily fulfill the terms of this standard and declare responsibly that the translation service is provided in accordance with this standard (Declaration of Conformity).4 Translation Business Management
