After reacting for 1 hour, remove the test tube, add chloroform to make up to 5mL, and then transfer it to a 1cm colorimetric cup, adjust the zero point with a zero tube, measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 540nm, and draw a standard curve for comparison. 9.3 Result calculation m×1000 VX1000 Where: X-——the content of arsenic in the sample, in milligrams per liter (mg/L): m-the mass of arsenic in the sample soaking solution for determination, in micrograms (ug); V-—the volume of the sample soaking solution for determination, in milliliters (mL).
