Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The strength and stability calculation of steel structures and connectors shall comply with the provisions of GB/T381. 4.1.2 Before installation, the surface of the parts shall be derusted and oily. The steel parts of important components such as columns, beams, etc. shall be derusted to the level 52Y specified in GB/T8923-198B before installation. 4.9 Appearance

5.1 Monthly Inspection
The daily inspection should include the current status and condition of all parts to meet the requirements, such as the structure and its connectors, wires, chains and their fixings, electrical equipment, safety protection devices, control devices, lighting systems and appearance quality. When checking, it is not necessary to disassemble any parts, but the covers that should be opened during normal maintenance and inspection should be opened, including the switch covers. The visual inspection should also include checking whether the necessary random documents are complete and reviewed. 5.2 Qualification test

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory delivery
6.1.1 Each mechanical parking equipment shall be inspected before delivery.
