4.6 The number of planetary gears in single-stage planetary transmission is n,=3.5 Technical requirements
General technical requirements
5.1.1 The reducer shall comply with the requirements of this standard and shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The two-stage efficiency of the reducer should not be less than 0.96, and the three-stage efficiency should not be less than 0.94. 80.0
5.1.3 High-speed shaft maximum speed: PBF56~-PBF80 and PCF63 models shall not exceed 1500r/min, PBF100-PBF200 models shall not exceed 1000r/min.
5.1.4 The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40~45℃. When it is lower than 8℃, a heating device shall be added, and when it is higher than 35℃, a cooling device shall be added. 5.1.5
The temperature rise of the lubricating oil in the reducer housing shall not exceed 35℃, and the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40℃. 5.1.6 The noise of the reducer shall not exceed 85dB(A), and the unidirectional amplitude shall not exceed 0.02mm. 5.1.7 The reducer must be operated at no load before installation or when it is shut down for more than 4h. It can be used with load only after confirming that the noise, vibration and lubrication are normal.
5.2 Technical requirements for manufacturing main parts
5.2.1 Engine body and engine cover
5.2.1.1 The material of engine body shall not be lower than the HT300 performance requirement specified in GB9439; the material of engine cover shall not be lower than the HT2509 performance requirement specified in GB9439
