If the topic is not accepted, a reply shall also be given. 5.5 The Ministry's Standards and Quality Department and the Ministry's Standardization Research Institute shall send representatives to participate in the National Standards Annual Plan Meeting and the National Military Standards Annual Plan Meeting hosted by the superior authorities to conduct comprehensive balance and coordination between professions and departments. 6. Implementation, assessment and adjustment of the annual plan for technical standards of the electronics industry 6.1 The annual project plan for technical standards of the electronics industry shall be sent to the competent departments of the electronics industry of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government (hereinafter referred to as the province or city) and the project sponsor, with a copy to the Secretariat of the Standardization Technical Committee, and the responsible organization group leader. The sponsor (if there are more than two, the first one shall be the main sponsor, and the others shall be deputy sponsors) shall organize the relevant units participating in the formulation of the standards to conduct research, formulate a work progress plan, and actively carry out the work. 6.2 The preparation of standards shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SJ1.4. 6.3 The sponsor shall regularly check the progress of the project plan, and submit a brief report on the implementation of the plan in the first half of the year to the Ministry's Standards and Quality Department and the provincial and municipal competent departments of the electronics industry, with a copy to the Ministry's Standardization Research Institute before the end of July each year. The provincial and municipal competent departments of the electronics industry shall assist the Ministry in urging and inspecting the sponsor to complete the task as planned. 6.4 During the implementation of the plan, if there are any problems that need to be coordinated and resolved, the sponsor shall contact the Ministry's Standardization Research Institute in a timely manner.
