This standard applies to the import of the following waste paper. Entrained waste whose exit pH value is equal to or greater than 12.5 and equal to or less than 2 is prohibited from being mixed with imported waste paper. 4.2 The National Environmental Protection Administration approved the implementation on 1996-08-01 on July 29 4.3 It is prohibited to carry radioactive waste in imported waste paper. GB16487.4--1996 4.4 The radioactive material pollution control indicators of imported waste paper should comply with the requirements of GB8703-88 regarding the control level of radioactive material pollution on the surface of objects. 5 The total weight of the following wastes contained in imported waste paper shall not exceed three ten thousandths of the weight of imported waste paper: 4.5 a) Explosive waste; b) Various Liquid waste: e) clinical waste, d) kitchen waste, bathroom waste; www.bzxz.net e) closed containers, etc. 4.6 In addition to the wastes listed in the above items, the total number of other entrained wastes that cannot be directly used in the waste paper utilization process (such as waste wood, waste metal, waste fabrics, waste glass, waste plastics and muck, etc.) The weight shall not exceed 2.5% of the weight of imported waste paper. 5 Inspection 5.1 The inspections in Articles 4.1 and 4.2 of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15555.1~15555.12-1995. 2 The inspections in Articles 4.3 and 4.4 of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB8703-88. 5.2 3 The inspection of other provisions of this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SN0574-1996. 5.3 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
